Supermonza have delayed my order and I came back to my country.. I´ve tried to complain about and explain and Supermonza has never return my emails... A pure neglect with the customer...

Il cliente ha ordinato la sera prima un ricambio senza tenere conto della tempistica di spedizione indicata.
Il giorno successivo il pacco non è stato consegnato in quanto il suo pacco era correttamente in evasione come da nostro standard.
Il cliente è quindi ripartito per il Brasile e il pacco è andato in giacenza.
E' stata rifiutata dal cliente la possibilità di spedire il pacco all'estero per non volontà da parte sua di pagare le spese doganali.
Il pacco è stato successivamente distrutto da SDA e Ebay chiuso il reclamo in nostro favore.
