Outstanding service and empathy when I ordered boots for my poorly Westie. Very prompt order processing and delivery, a no-quibble exchange/return/refund when I needed it. I’d recommend them without hesitation and will no doubt do business with them again.

Ordered the Truelove no pull harness, lead and collar. All arrived really quickly and all seem to be of robust construction. The only thing I didn't like was that the harness smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke so I hung it outside to air for the day before using. Obviously not a reflection on the product but perhaps the environment in which it was packed.

Received the purple harness,I ordered a small for my Lhasa Also and it fits perfectly,with plenty of allowance will fit over his thick winter coat when needed. Their sizing is spot on as description.Delighted with my purchase,great quality looks very comfortable on him,and looks very smart. Recommend this company to anyone,customer service excellent, 10/10.

We bought lead collar and harness for our 16 week old Great Dane x German Shepard!!! She is obviously comfortable in it and has not tried to chew it ( she chews anything) Love the purple!! She is jet black so it looks awesome on her !! Thankyou sooo much we love it x

Very speedy delivery, I have bought 4 harnesses that’s two each for my border collies, they are fantastic quality, they fit perfectly as they are fully adjustable and they look good.

Quick delivery and they kept me up to date. Harness good quality, although stitching went on front mesh panel within days. Not too problematic in the using of the harness but not the best impression- and it could rip off as it impedes accurate clipping on of leash. Sent email just before writing this, so my review might change depending on response.
Update- fantastic customer service- replacement item offered. Definitely recommending!

Company had run out of the required colour on a recent purchase. Communicated information very quickly, explained why clearly and agreed substitute product which was dispatched immediately. Very good customer service

Loved the harnesses. Although not quite sure how to tighten around the chest. Have had to try and bunch extra in small hole which doesn’t look quite right. Otherwise very happy with product and service.
