Ordered product which allegedly was in stock, paid for it, selected express delivery. They took my money but never contacted me about delivery and did not answer any of my email(s). No phone number on there website should have been a red flag from begin on!
FRAUDULENT and DECEITFUL. Scam. I asked whether I could return my product if it was not fit for purpose as they claimed. Said yes initially to get the sale and haven't had a reply back yet .... in a month. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Disgraceful service. I will never shop here again. No response to emails, no phone number to call. Escalated via paypal and finally got a response. Still waiting on item ordered months later. Don't waste your time and energy. Its a scam.
Ordered an ortho bed, money was deducted immediately. Bed wasn't dispatched, no communication till I reached out a few days later. They keep saying they will send it the next day, but did not till now (been 3 weeks since I ordered).
