I would like to kindly inform you that it is clearly stated on our payments page when you entered your bank details that the Student Pass is a €39 non-binding 30-day rolling subscription.
We send all our students follow-up emails informing you of our terms of service and that the pass can be cancelled at any point.
You can also find more comprehensive information on website under our terms and conditions, which details that the Student Pass is not connected with individual tutors or lessons, rather it is the rate to contact tutors in general through the Superprof platform for a minimum period of 30 days.

Total SCAM artists please NEVER USE
Total SCAM artists. We have been charged 39.99 euros for the last 6 months for not a signal lesson taken. I was told there was no availability from any of the tutors and the company still took our money. We are disgusted with the actions taken by superprof. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
