I can not understand how that kind of companies can still exist. They are just plainly lying and not paying when requirements met. Saying that they need proof of something when I should have gotten it within 5 min. Their words. Proof send no reaction for a week already.. Super amateurs or pro scammers.

As many people before me, would not recomment SuperRewards.
If You try to contact support, You just get an automated mail with the info not to reply, to update Your ticket You just can open another one.
They offered surveys, 5-6 were pending, wanished afterwards.
No payout, no points, no support.
Not recommending them on any platform.

I used this company as mediator to get some credit in-game. I paid in cash for the credit (i have the reciept), even recieved the email saying that they get the money... has passed 3 days since then and yet nothing. I contacted their support, they asked me my credit card information.... I DIDN'T USED a credit card!!! FFS... And the icing on the cake... They have the slowest support "team", how can be that i get a reply once and they no longer anwser, what is this?!?! and to contact them again i must make another support ticket. If I were aware of them beforehand i would be using an alternative way. Wonder how they still being a working company with this poor service.

Met conditions for rewards. your reward list gets deleted after a week and there is no option for customer support. Waste of money.

Passed 3 days and still nothing, how much longer i need to waiting for complete the payments? Normally others web platforms iits instantly but here i wait more than 3 days. Maybe you guys need to change the auto system payments... the requirements to check its fraud or not take so much time.. i dont know what programm language using it but need updates... anyway i send every proof of scrrenshots and documenta than they can see i paid it. And they need an photo id????!! where they didnt specific me what Its because there are so many options...STILL WAITING FOR COMPLETE MY CREDITS...

Support is not responding

I have been using Superrewards with PGC, and I was banned because my bank charged back a code I loaded even though I told them not to. They answered my first ticket this sunday (ticket being given around July 4th but asked me for information.I gladly gave it and now I am waiting days upon days for them to answer. I just want to be unbanned so I can clear the chargeback..
If something happens I will definitely update this ticket.Id love to give this website a 5 star review, but this just is not the case, sadly..

Superrewards is a scam. Don't waste your time completing surveys and definitely stay away from offers which require you to pay using your credit/debit card.

Our payments were delayed for months and they still are.. they don’t respond to emails and they have been ignoring everyone.
They say the issues is with the finance team but it’s a huge scam. Be careful.

Why even offer free rewards, if there's no way to claim them. It's all just a joke, you money hungry wastes of space.

I'm a developer and still waiting for them to pay me my earnings.
It's been weeks, months.
After contacting them I was asked to confirm my PayPal information and test payment screenshot.

Huge scam. I waiting for money more then 2 months. Mr Zach told me 10 days ago "You will be eligible for a payout on Feb. 15 for $135.15."
Then im waiting and waiting and waiting and none respond none payout. They dont care about custommers.

Doesn't pay out rewards. Stay away from them.

Super Rewards consistently refuses to pay out rewards, despite users following instructions. They auto-reply all inquiries with the same canned response. Partner sites are glitchy, and often fail at the last step, AFTER you’ve given them what they want. I don’t recommend clicking on anything associated with this company.

Meh its not the best. It does pay out SOME of the offers ive completed and the payouts are slow.

i did some offers with it on couple websites like AQW and IMVU they are great sometimes need to send a ticket but really they give you the points you need if you complete the task i gave it 4 because some offers are scams but the super rewards is not a scam.

I have paid a trial service like the offer was saying to do so, to receive a reward in a game I play, after providing two screenshots proving indefinitely that I had signed up to the services in question they refused to provide me with the reward.

This is their response: "this app has exceeded the threshold for its earnings in the CS Awarded leads within the last 30 days."

Should be that my fault? Why was that offer even available? I have lost my time and money for something they have promised and never gave away. Avoid those scammers.
