No possibility to cancel subscription! Smells like a scam.
Signed up for "pre-order" end of March, as they didn't expect to have sensors in stock until May.
Immediately got charged for monthly subscription. Contacted them and said that's NOT a "pre-order", but an actual order for a service they're not going to be able to provide in at least a month or two.
Got answer from customer service, saying they could skip a month of subscription for me. Was not happy with that, so suggested that they could freeze next payment until a month after I received the first two sensors. Since then, I haven't heard from them for weeks, even though I've written 5 times.
ALSO, and this is a big one. There's no option to cancel subscription or even edit your card info on their site! So right now I'm so scared that they'll keep charging me, that I've contacted my bank to block them.

Scam. Faulty product, overcharged. Scam company
The idea sounds nice, but this company is a fraud. Ordered pack of 3 to the UK. It clearly stated that VAT was included and the amount was even stated in the email invoice confirmation. The product arrived with a £44.50 bill from FedEx for VAT (vs EUR150!). Emailed customer service who apologised and said the finance team would take care of that payment and asked me to ignore the invoice from FedEx. It’s been 2.5 months with several reminders, nothing, and I keep receiving reminders from FedEx.
Secondly, 2 of my 3 sensors stopped working after 5-6 days. They said I can have them replaced by warranty, but it took several emails to find out I need to raise this with the manufacturer Abbott. They acknowledged the issue, but said that this sensor is not available and only on backorder without any indication on shipping dates.
So I’ve been overcharged for faulty products that can’t be warranty-replaced, with a fraudulent customer service approach. I’ve given them several opportunities to fix this before posting it here, but clearly they don’t care. AVOID.
No Service. No people to talk with. Does not work
The password sent to my e-mail don't work, can't login and can't make the app work. Not able to cancel the subscription. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, cannot talk to anyone directly. I see lots of reviews saying it is a scam, I thrusted the Abbott name behind it my it seems the reviews are right. This is insanely wrong.

Now they cannot send replacement bacause their order are backdate. I'm stuck with no sensor and out of pocket.
The cherry on the cake I received a VAT invoice because they ship from Netherlands and they didn't cover the VAT despite the price on thier website in not ecxl VAT
Dreadful
Such a good idea but delivery is dreadful. Constant drop outs (typically at important or interesting times). The catch up scans dont work at all.
Customer service is dreadful. Getting a chat with a salesman is easy but no chance of speaking to anyone about issues.

The sensor broke after 2 days. I stucked with the customer support they forwarding me to the producer of the sensor ( they do not even reply on the emails). After 1 week there is no any progress at all. Super bad experience both for the product and for the support. Luckily I only bought 2 sensors which was enough to understand I do not need more...

Unbelievable. Just bought a week ago a 10week Package with energy Band. Somehow Code for Energy Band Not working. Supersapiens Not responding to any email or request. Some Support Tickets Open. No Reaction. Seems sell and forget Business Model.

Sensors break within 3-4 days. Poor customer service asking me to email a different company other than them to resolve the issue.
Asked for a full refund and now ignoring me.
Feels like a typical scam - if the ignore you you'll forget.
Great software
Great software, good product, not so great customer service. The software monitoring is good and the experience of monitoring is really useful. I imagine over time they will improve the experience. I have previously used the Abbot monitors and these are better in that you don’t have to constantly scan them. I had serious issues with trying to sign up with the app and it would not accept my email address and once it did it would not allow me to login so I had 48 hours of no monitoring even with the monitor in my arm - very frustrating. I emailed the customer service but never heard back. In the end I tried a further (my 4th) email account on a desktop computer and it finally worked. A day later I heard back from customer service. Anyway, great product and the software will only get better but they need to work on the service. Having said that I would recommend the product although there are more entrants coming into the market so not sure I will stay at the current subscription price.

Supersapiens performance patch, not fit for purpose
Performance patch described as 'you can expect the patch to last the entire 14-day biosensor life cycle' the first 2 patches lasted less than 24 hours without exercise. The silicone ring falling off in the shower I wouldn't trust these in the pool as the pictures promote on their website.
Impossible to terminate subscription
It's just impossible to terminate the subscription. the site tells you to write the support service, which replies to cancel online....
Don't respond once payment made
I purchased 10 sensors from Supersapiens. Prior to payment they were super responsive. Since I have paid €600 I have heard nothing from them and they do not respond to mails. The sensors have not arrived.

Sensor & Service Sucks
Sensor delivery was 2 weeks late, and then first sensor stopped working immediately (error 365). I'm stuck with a dumb straw in my arm, no data and no response from Customer Service. Please resolve my ticket (2127) or refund me ASAP.
