Misleading about products customer service cumbersome and takes forever to communicate. I have a feeling they are overseas and not conducting business primarily in USA. Watch for bait and switch practices.

Ordered a ring doorbell on March 3, never received no shipping info and no response from company. Cancelled my order thru Discover. Will never do business with this scam company again.
Order a Sam’s club card. Sams wouldn’t recognize the sale. Out $19.99
This online store is a sham! They should not be allowed to exist. My experience was a run around in hopes that all the road blocks they throw up will finally discourage you to give up and quit bothering them. They send back nicely written and worded help reply messages that don’t mean anything! I purchased a re furnished chrome book to give as a gift to my grand-son! I paid immediately. I received a nicely written confirmation then waited and waited! I contacted them a couple of days before my grand-son’s birthday! I got a note back “sorry there was an error,” your money will be refunded!! My money was finally refunded! But the birthday gift was non existent! From what others are saying this internet store is very shady! Bait an switch, wrong products delivered, and they have a list of sever excuses fit for every change or chance. Most of the time the love saying a error occurred, or an unforeseen problem developed. I won’t do business with them again. As my father said, ‘you don’t have to be a dog to know what dog biscuits taste like.’

Ordered 2 refurbished computers on 8/4 & 5/22, supposedly to be delivered in 3 to 7 days. After the 5 days passed, I contacted the company (8/9, 10, 13) asking when delivery would occur. Received reply 8/13 that would be shipped on 8/15. On 8/17 there was no tracking showing shipping. On 8/17 I asked to have purchases canceled. They showed up later that day and delivery was refused. On 8/23, received a notice that refunds were processed. It's now 9/12 and have not gotten refunds.
