Ignored my emails
Bought a genuine Skoda first aid kit in June 2018.
When it arrived it was over 3 years old, with less than 12 months away from the 4 year expiry date.
Emailed them to let them know. No response.
Emailed them again. Still no response.
My advice... avoid.

"NOT IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE"
I have been using Super Skoda for approximately 6 years, to date I have NEVER received any unfair treatment.
I have had 3 issues in this period of time, each issue was rectified to my satisfaction. I was dealt with by several different members of staff involving delivery/costs and refunds, I did not encounter any friction or lack of professionalism .
Everything I have ever ordered has arrived in a timely manner and packaged so well it was almost indestructible, to the treatment of any postal/courier services.
In 2012, I ordered parts for a Fabia Monte Carlo, within 2 days I received an email from Super Skoda, outlining that one of my ordered parts involved having to modify the original vehicle, I was asked if I was willing to do this, I let them know that I did not wish to do this.
My order was rectified and a refund issued in full through paypal.
This in my opinion is not the behaviour of a company, that doesn't care about its customers. I am sorry that others have encountered problems with this company, I am just detailing my experiences and my personal opinion on this matter.
I am in no way connected with Super Skoda, personally or financially, I also live in Northern Ireland, a substantial distance away from Super Skoda's location. Therefore a much greater chance of things going amiss.

Heads up for international buyers dealing with SuperSkoda or KOPACEK
International buyers, be careful when you deal with SuperSkoda or KOPACEK. They are an untrusty worthy bunch of people. Reason to says so, they did not send me the correct goods I ordered through their online portal on 4 Sept 2017. When I asked them to rectify their mistake. They just did partial refund resulting me to lose big time in shipping costs. They are not remorseful or apologetic and they are a bunch of liars who won’t deliver what they promised.

Seems to be a nice shop with good products but:
- doesn't remove the VAT for swiss customers
- after asking by e-mail, still refuse to remove the VAT for no reason
So I'll never order from this shop and "offer" them my money when I don't have to. Strange commercial practices...

First they send a email saying that they celebrate 10 years and have a price drop for 14 days. A few days later I get a new email where discount period now ends much earlier (after 7 days)...
Sent them a e-mail asking about the sudden change. Got no response what so ever!
They don´t seem to give a rats ... about their customers!
