I bought a Chainsaw Man themed hoodie from this store via Wowcher and it was really low quality. As I took it out the packing, I noticed the print was peeling away and the back image was really low resolution.
It isn't worth £50 and it isn't worth the £13 that I paid.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible ordered jackets through go groopie large size.jackets arrived would not fit an action man .contacted seller to return item they offered £3 refund and keep item or return. I have returned item to address given recorde delivery no contact from them nor had a refund .scam stay well clear .As for go groopie and other ones they should vet these sellers before using them

1 star is too high of a rating! Scam artists, and annoyingly they've convinced other websites to sell on their behalf!
Bought a golf net from at £30, which claimed to be £99.99, it arrived and is nothing like the pictures or description. Pictures show a man with the net taller than him, and description says 2M*1.8M. The net arrived and isn't even to my waist, the measurements are for width and depth, but the height isn't on there for obvious reasons as they show the picture of a towering net. Never was this £99.99 for a 2foot net! Since looking on credible and proper websites you can get 7foot nets for £80, so this was never worth £99.99. SCAMMERS! They're saying I must return the item at my own cost as it's not technically faulty, however it isn't what was advertised either!!! Waste of space!

Scam company selling reject faulty goods at full price. They have a fraudulent deal going on with WOWCHER and KLARNA, in my opinion, who fraudulently advertise the products at 1000% higher than original market price and then “discounted” to what would have been the original price for a competent product. One gets fooled by the discount expecting a high end product at a good price. Instead one is conned into buying a reject product, paying an exorbitant delivery fee and waiting weeks for a delivery. When you try to return the item, they ignore you until 14 days have passed and then say it cannot be returned. Because KLARNA offers instalment payments, honest people get caught up in this fraudulent racquet. You would be able to buy the same item, fully working for less with Amazon, pay less delivery and get it in a day or two.

Purchased a 3d hand casting kit via wowcher that allegedly has a retail price of around £60. 2 x adult hands shown in the images and no mention of item being different. Item arrived and tub for use in casting not large enough for adult hands so did my children's hands (aged 9 and 7 and both smaller than average). There was insufficient materials to cover even their whole hands. Only enough to cover fingertips so even useless for childrens hands. Wowcher seems to be utilised by scam company's as no facility to leave feedback. Avoid!

Bought a PU leather anti-theft bag from Wowcher got email saying despatch for delivery 6 march 2023 today 22 march 2023 it arrived .not as advertised ,waste of money thin meterial that would rip with in a day avoid

I bought 3 hand moulds as memorial for grandad as hes passing away … (9.99 each + 3.99 delivery each) when it come it was tiny can only fit one hand in bucket and the mould powder does not cover full hand only fingertips… i have followed the instructions , i have also been sent a video by the company on what to do which shows fingers going in not reaching full hand and miraculously shows full hand has been completely moulded ..they then said its for smalls child full hand however there is nowhere to state this… now they saying can send back which I will have to pay for or be refunded 2Gbp per one lol disgusting soo sad … I got it through wowcher noone buy they are disgusting

Redeemed one voucher amending the quantity to 4, paid four times the single item amount, clearly shown on the receipt, received ONE item and now this company want me to redeemed 3 further vouchers and pay again to get my order. .

great communication , took a while to arrive , 2 weeks but it came from abroad ,but worth the wait ,was worried by the bad reviews but happy with the product.

No confirmation of order but they took money quick enough. No phone number to contact them.
I wish l'd read reviews of this company first then l certainly would not have ordered from them.

I ordered door excluders via Wowcher from this company & have yet to receive my order despite emails & promises of delivery. Won’t be ordering from them again!!!

Before I start my review I would like to say that I don't like to give poor reviews. Sadly I am only able to say one good thing about the item I purchased and that is the item is cute.
I purchased what was advertised as a nearly 2 feet high garden fountain / patio ornament / pond ornament. It also said that it would attract birds and wild life to my garden. It was supposed to be worth £59.99. I paid £15 plus £5 carriage and packing.
When it arrived it was in a box about 10 inches by 8 inches. The item is about 8 inches high.
Attract birds and wild life. The water container bit wouldn't hold more than a few teaspoons of water and if a bird tried to balance on it, it would topple over.
Garden fountain - there is no hole to put a pipe through and the pump you would need to purchase would be bigger than the item.
If I put it on the patio my dog would think it was a new garden toy for him and would run off up the garden with it. Even if the dog didn't run off with it, it would blow over when we had a bit of a breeze
If I put it in my pond I don't think it would sink but probably float around on the top of the water. I actually wonder if the material it is made of is even safe for fish or other pets.

0 stars not available, the only reason they get any stars at all. Despicable 'trading'. They can't really call it a trade, as no goods are received in exchange of your money. More of a scam. I made an order via wowcher at the beginning of January, the item was expected by the 16th of January, it still hasn't arrived by 11th February. I emailed them several times from the 19th January, to then receive an email on 28th January saying it was lost and would refund me 9-10 working days later. Money still not back in my account on 11th February. Also, messaged them about this with no response.
I suggest that this company delivers what it promises. DO NOT BUY FROM BLU TRADING LTD T/A SUPERTRENDINUK they are happy to take your money but not deliver the goods.

Awful company to deal with. Like other reviews, I stupidly ordered via Wowcher. After having confirmation that Evri had my package, it was another week (after chasing) that I was given a delivery date. The package was delivered.
However it was the wrong item. I emailed them to advise that I needed to return as was not the item I had ordered. No response. Chased again no response. Chased Wowcher, no response. I was getting frustrated with the lack of response so started a Resolver case...auto email back to say that wowcher will usually respond in 48 hours but after 72 hours I chased again. Wowcher have resolved but Supertrendinuk however are still adamant that I return the incorrect item they delivered to me at my own expense.. their reason for asking me this is that the item is not faulty... I haven't tried it as its not the item I ordered! Why should I pay money to ship back an item I did not order? Awful customer service and despite me advising them this they still keep responding with the same.. not faulty so I need to pay. I will never use this company or Wowcher again. Even Wowcher Terms stated that the merchant needs to supply the item in Exchange for the item. They therefore have breached the Terms. I would urge anyone considering using this business directly or via Wowcher, please read these reviews and only order with full knowledge of what happens if things do not go right.

Like many I ordered through my item Wowcher. When it arrived the plug and wiring was missing, contacted them, they said sorry send a picture?… umm ok, show them what was in the box (and I guess what wasn’t), was offered £12 refund or I pay to return it for the full £39.99 refund, I told them that’s ridiculous, I wanted full refund and if they wanted their product back they could arrange and pay for collection. They responded they are sorry that the item didn’t meet my ‘expectations’ and If I didn’t like it and want to return it I will have to pay. I responded this wasn’t something silly like I disliked the colour! The item was unusable, there was no power source to it or through it!… they responded, please send us a picture! I sent pictures AGAIN, ‘sorry please return item for full refund’. Reiterated they were being ridiculous now and that we were going in circles, asked them to send full refund asap as it had now been weeks between messaging back and forth and item arriving. No response. Struggled to find Wowcher contact email, waited another week, company sent another message finally… please send picture! Still no response from Wowcher so I was starting to lose hope but stumbled upon resolver, they contacted and passed on my report to Wowcher for me and suddenly Wowcher got in contact with me and sent me my refund finally! Would never buy from this merchant again!

Totall scammers.. avoid..
Sold me a broken item, wont answer calls or emails to refund claim.
Please avoid them and Wowcher at all costs, unethical bunch.

ORDERED FROM WOWCHER. PRODUCT ARRIVED. NOT AS DESCIBED AND VERY LOW QUALITY. RETURNED AND PROVIDED POSTAGE RECEIPT. NIEITHER SUPERTRENDLINK OR WOWCHER WILL RE-IMBURSE ME. JUST PASS THE BUCK TO EACH OTHER . WILL NEVER USE EITHER COMPANY AGAIN

I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. I paced an order via Wowcher and it’s not even been posted. Can’t contact anyone from this poor excuse of a company as they do not answer emails. And getting my money back is proving a mission in itself. Wowcher should also be ashamed with using this company!!!

Sent a drone that was smashed when it arrived. Told to send photos to be eligible for a full refund. Sent the photos and told that I would have to pay return postage or get get a partial refund of £9 instead. Told them to send a partial refund as it was in the middle of the Royal Mail action. Still awaiting refund from 23/12/22. Absolute rip off company. Please stay away and avoid at all costs.

I stupidly used the absolutely Disgraceful excuse of a Company WOWCHER to order a power bank. Typically this shower of Crap are a supplier. Ordered over two weeks ago & still received Nothing. Impossible to contact a really dodgy Firm. I hope my Money chokes you. The Government should step in for filth like this & shut them Down.
