SAVE YOURSELF & YOUR BUSINESS

I had high hopes for Supliful when I first started working with them, but my experience over the past six months has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite their great business idea, it’s clear that they are in over their heads and cannot deliver on their promises.

Communication Issues:
From the beginning, communication has been a major issue. They NEVER inform you when products are running low, but will gladly TAKE YOUR MONEY and then place your order on hold leaving you to guess what happened. There is a severe lack of transparency and proactive communication from their end.

False Promises:
Time and again, I have been promised that products would be restocked on a certain date. However, these promises are never kept. One of my customers has been waiting for over a month for their order, and this is not an isolated incident. Each time, I am assured that the products will arrive soon, only to be let down repeatedly. Even sample orders taKe 6 weeks to send out. Then they lie and say they sent out an email.

Operational Inefficiencies:
Supliful's operational inefficiencies are glaring. They seem unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and the delays are unacceptable. I have invested hundreds of dollars into product development and label designs, spending countless hours perfecting these labels for products that Supliful promised to deliver. Despite my efforts and investments, I am left with nothing but empty promises.

Lack of Reliability:
It’s evident that Supliful cannot handle the volume of orders they receive. Their inability to restock and fulfill orders consistently has severely impacted my business. The constant delays and false assurances have eroded my trust in their capability to deliver.

It's very clear that they want us to use them to drop-ship meanwhile they're drop shipping from third parties themselves. It's a mess and a scam. How can you tell your customers to rely on you to ship out orders when you don't even have the raw materials and stock yourself?!?!?! Either you have everything in stock and actually deliver your promises to your customers or don't run this type of business at all.

I don't know how the founder has the audacity to make false promises. I do not think he fully understands this business model at all and he's way in over his head.

Drop shipping means you have the items readily available to ship out AS SOON as the order comes in and that you let customers know when items are running low so that they're aware to not sell them. They will have you selling products blindly thinking they're in stock but they are really not.

They are drop shipping themselves from different factories and expect others to rely on them. It's laughable and disrespectful to real business owners who care about integrity and delivering a transparent and great service.

Conclusion:
I really, really wanted this partnership to work. Supliful’s concept is fantastic, but their execution is severely lacking. Until they address these critical issues, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the frustration. They will only make you look bad with your customers, make you spend money on labels for products you will never see and waste your time. The founders should be DEEPLY ashamed of themselves with the scam they're running here. They're not ready and should stick to selling products they actually OWN. If you don't have enough capital for this business don't promise you can do it! Period.

If you want to spend weeks reaching out to customers telling them their order is still not here or that they have to cancel etc etc GREAT. But if you actually care about your customers and business do not use Supliful. They have no shame and clearly put their customers last, not to mention they don't fully understand the business model they're running. I t tried to work with them but I simply have no sympathy for business owners who lie, over promise and under deliver, and make you waste time money and energy.

I apologize personally for such a bad experience using Supliful. U want to emphasize that our only goal is to help other businesses to succeed with Supliful and become profitable. It is never our intention to cause frustration and create even more challenges for business owners.

Though we are not perfect in our execution, we tend to fuck up on multiple occasions,and, yes, not deliver on our promise.

But we always try to do everything honestly, putting in our best effort and making sure our businesses can succeed. This is an extremely complex business model to run, we are less than 3 years in the market yet it is being asked from us to operate like Amazon. Only the ones who are sleeping don't make mistakes.

Below I will address all the mentioned paragraphs and give our side of the whole story:

Communication: Definately communication from our side needs improvement. We have a WhatsApp community group where we distribute information, we send all critical information via email. All subscribed accounts have access to our customer support chat. Also, we are trying to figure out ways how to best communicate stock levels in our warehouse, as well as automatically push out of stock notifications to your Shopify stores.

False Promises: We don't lie. This is not how we operate Supliful and run our business. We are driven by honesty and full transparency on our business. When it comes to false promises it is a chain of events that effects us telling the wrong information. For example, one of our partners says that a product will be delivered in 15 days, when after a week they just change their statement and say it will take another 15 days due to lack of an ingredient for their product. This illustrates the complexity of the supply chain we are operating and it is not so straightforward.

Operational inefficiencies: We are happy to give you back the 100s of dollars you invested. Please reach out to us. We don't want you to lose any money. I must agree that this year operationally has been challenging and the growing pains have continued longer than expected. We know what aspects we need to improve to take operations to the next level, however, lack of resources limits our ability to move faster and implement these features.

Lack of Reliability: Our operation currently is struggling with many smaller businesses, which demands from time to time is unpredictable. However, for our larger clients generating most of the revenue for Supliful the product processing and shipping is seamless. We have delivered huge value for them.

Conclusion:

Our mission is to enable private labeling for the masses. So that anyone can come to Supliful and launch their own fully custom consumer brand. To complete that mission we will fail, things will not go our way and there will be situations when unfortunate chain of events happen. However, I want to emphasize that we are not a SCAM, we have helped people build 7-figure business, and become financially free in less than 3 years of operations. In this time business have made almost $20m and we have shipped out more than half a million units. That is large contribution for the US economy in such a short time.

Supliful team operates transparently, honestly and with the best interest at heart for the business that use our service.

No communication

Today we noticed that whey protein was no longer in their catalog. There was no word from them so we still had it in our store. This is not the first time this has happened. They will discontinue a product with no notice. We also have a very hard time getting them to push orders through.

We have removed the protein from our catalog due to issues with the container and formula. This prevents new customers from adding the product to their stores while we work on a resolution. However, if you have Proteins saved as a draft or already published in your store, you can still place orders. We have them in stock.

We notified all Supliful users via email and our WhatsApp group about this situation a while back, informing everyone that orders containing proteins are on hold. If you wish for us to ship your order, please reach out to our customer support team at help@supliful.com and let us know.

Do your due diligence!

I placed an order for the new protein product on April 29TH, here it is May 14th and my order has yet to ship or any contact from Customer Service. Apparently, my order is on hold for some odd reason I don’t know of “something went wrong with your order, but don't worry - our team is already working on it. If we need additional details, we will contact you.” Yeah, no contact at all. I’ve emailed help@ supliful, the Founder, and even one of there assistance and still no contact. I’ve giving this company chance after chance and to my prevail my expectation are never met. There policy states orders a fulfilled within a week that’s not true. To be honest my consumer confidence level has decreased. I don’t know how some people have success with Supliful but others don’t. It’s almost like they want you to buy a subscription but even then can you trust you will get the service they promise when they can’t fill or communicate with there customer. I’ve spent money with this company in hopes to get a level of consistency in service before I go all in on there on demand product offering. If anyone reads this from Supliful please fill my order. If you’re a new customer and hopes to start or scale a supplement business with Supliful do your due diligence.

Exceptional Service and Support from Supliful

I've been a business owner/ customer of Supliful for approximately four months now, relying on their services to support my business. Recently, when I encountered a problem, I reached out to their customer support team, and to my delight, they swiftly resolved the issue on the same day.Discovering Supliful has been a game-changer for my business endeavors, eliminating any hassles typically associated with sourcing products. I am grateful for their seamless service, which has allowed me to focus on growing my business without unnecessary distractions, such as dealing with inventory, shipping customer orders etc. As I look ahead, I anticipate continuing to expand and thrive alongside Supliful. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.It would be fantastic if you guys could add a range of children's products available in the near future. I have so many customers/ clients asking if I have any children products. Additionally, I believe there is a significant demand for women's vitamins, particularly those targeting hormone balance, menstrual issues, and overall pH health.

Ive been using Supliful for a few months now to start up a supplement business and its been a great experience

First off the supplements Supliful provides are high quality and transparent, with scientific studies and regulatory certifications to back products it allows me to provide real value to customers

Here’s a real review

I have yet to receive the email stating my order went back to Supliful. I have emailed Gabrielle and the help@supliful email which denies their site being legit. Once I signed up and emailed them about samples . They claimed that I would get samples or discounts with my order and I still haven’t heard back.

Where to begin?

Where to begin?

I have been working with Supliful for almost 2 months now. I own a small fitness and nutrition business and wanted to add my own line of supplements. As a sports nutritionist, I test every product and carefully select what I believe will aid and support my clients and myself in our health journey.

I can say these products are effective, clean, and incredible. Some of the gummies feel more like a treat lol. The proteins and preworkouts and incredible, effective, delicious, and no side effects. Again very clean products.

As for support and customer service goes, wow very responsive, respectful, and always polite. Todays generation, not alot of good customer service is found in any field. Team Supliful have been there, help me with issues and questions, and very quick to respond and provide solutions.

Like I've mentioned above, started working with them for almost 2 months and see myself growing in my business with them. Recomm3nd to everyone. Lobe this team, love the products, love the service, and love their belief.

Disappointed after 2 weeks

I was using supliful and greatly satisfied with the product but there happened some issue and after that they gave me free subscription for week and told me it will not renew automatically but, it auto renewed after a week. Then i asked for a refund but there has been almost 2 weeks now and i have not received my refund yet.

Get the 5 Star Treatment

From signing up, the journey of learning and applying your skills to starting an online business with Supliful is a great experience. I have just completed my first order with them, I had issues that had nothing to do with Supliful before manually making my order as Shopify makes it harder than it has to when it comes to fulfillment and Supliful helped with that too! Stay Away from This Company

This company constantly runs out of products but doesn't inform their clients until way after the fact. You'll sell products you cant fulfill and end up having to apologize to customers. This has happened to us multiple times in recent weeks and we've lost out on many orders and a ton of goodwill.

If you actually want a business, don't rely on this company.

I'm sure they'll reply to this comment with a "please reach out to our help@ email, but it's a joke and their customer service is useless. If you have a brand or are investing in one, do yourself a favor and find a proper partner.

UPDATE-
Supliful replied below that they notify customer 'promptly' when out of stock. But that's not true. We've had orders pending for nearly a week, unfulfilled, and only discovered to be out of stock when poking around admin. No notice to us or any other customers.

When your burn OUR customers, Supliful doesn't care and it's you that's left holding the bag as your brand suffers.

They also ask for order info, as if we haven't been dealing with customer service. All support can say is "we're sorry", but it's your brand that will suffer.
