Supliful's platform was really easy to use and integrate with shopify. The product mockups make any website offering their products with custom labels appear more legit. I've had nothing but positive interactions with their support team. Overall, having done my research, I see no competitor that comes close to what Supliful is doing in the whitelabel supplement space.

2nd review. Waste of time. Tried sticking with it but it's a headache with Supliful. Every order is put on hold due to redesigning label . Without email notifications to verify specifically which items are on hold and exactly what needs to be fixed.

It's annoying to have to fillow up with each item , and each order clients place.

Only find out it's not delivered until client says "it's been says where is the order"
Come to find out it's on hold.

I've had to redo some of the labels 3 different times over the past 2 years for the same item. Imagine selling an item for months then all of a sudden the label needs to be done without your knowledge.

hard to sell subscriptions to clients when their first experience ordering from you is horrible... due to supliful's fulfilment

I gave 4 stars because I like the…

I gave 4 stars because I like the products and transparency of ingredients. But, my customers are asking for new flavors with the pre workout and the vegan protein (cookies and cream or birthday cake). Additionally, the fact that I need to come to different website to leave a review is a point of friction for me. I do like the customer service help when labels are incorrect. Shipping could be faster, but I understand there is an on-demand element to this.

High Quality Products & Amazing Support

I’ve been using Supliful for about a year now, and one of the reasons why I chose this supplement company is because the products all have simple ingredients (mostly natural from what I’ve seen so far), and not a bunch of complex ingredients with names I don’t understand. I feel that this provides a high level of quality to the products and allows me to feel confident in what I’m offering to my customers.

The variety of products is great with a wide range of options to choose for my brand.

I also love that they provide easy-to-use design templates to create my own branded labels. Personally I use Canva and it’s very straightforward to click and open the template into my account.

The customer service at Supliful is always very quick and they communicate very thoroughly and clearly with explaining everything. For me, I’ve had to make changes with my labels to make sure they are approved for printing and the team here is always very detailed with what exactly I need to adjust to comply with the proper regulations. I really appreciate their detail-oriented attention to this part of the process to ensure my branding is always correct, even when ingredients or other details have been updated I’m current products I already sell as well as new ones I add from the catalog.

Highly recommended!!

Great Service and great variety of products!

Customer service is very responsive, one of my orders was lost in shipping and they immediately gave me credit for the lost order. Supliful has a quick turnaround time in fulfilling orders, and a great variety of products!

They have a good concept but make sure you are diversified…

They have a good concept and I like their customer service automation as they helped answer order questions. I do have an issue with their fullfillment which customer service sent me their website notice that said 1-4 business days. I will wait another day and update as I will have passed that window ir met that window. I think if you want to be 'Shop' certified they require fulfillment with in 13 hours so right off the bat I will not qualify for a Shop Delivery badge and from a customer pov, 2 weeks to get something is painful so not sure what to do. Nutricap may be good option if this doesn't workout for us because they do similar and we can own the fulfillment process if Suplifil can't. The only issue is we have to pre buy. It may be worth pre-buying if fulfillment consistently takes the max of their fulfillment range.

It's been 11 days i am still waiting for the order to be processed. Contacted three times so far, no one is doing anything other than telling me we have issue with our supplier. No info on when it will be resolved, on the other hand, our buyers keep buying and we keep writing. I am changing them as i write this review. Definitely not worth your time and money!

Horrible Experience STAY AWAY

I've had horrible experiences with Supliful.

The fulfillment side of the service they offer is the critical problem. Everything is good on the surface. The Shopify integration, the Canva logo builder etc; So, I invested in the branding of two product lines. The issue is the orders don't ship once they come through.

On the supplement side, the orders were going out very late. I had to follow up on each order to figure out when it would be shipped to my customer. I had emails from each customer pretty upset that the order had not been shipped.

At the same time I build a cosmetic line. Supliful left my order waiting to be delivered for 2 months, it just never shipped. I eventually reached out to supliful, and they issued me a credit, not even a refund. So they've effectively tied up hundreds of dollars of mine for samples, never delivered, and then failed to issue me a refund. It's just bad form all around.

So I ended up out two brands, two websites, and a ton of hours of work into these projects, and a few hundred bucks out on samples.

We sent you four emails over the course of a month regarding this specific order, as there were issues with the labels that needed to be corrected before the order could proceed. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to those emails.

As stated in our Terms of Use and reiterated in our final email about this order, if the required label corrections are not made within 30 days, the order is automatically canceled, and a refund is issued in the form of credits. Additionally, we clearly outlined that if you preferred the refund to be returned to your original payment method, you could contact us to request this. However, we have no record of you reaching out to request the refund in this manner.

Given these circumstances, the cancellation and credit refund followed the standard process outlined in our terms. There was no error on our part in this case.

We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry that this situation didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like to discuss this further or request a refund back to your original payment method, please feel free to contact us directly at help@supliful.com

Its bad to the point im writing my first review in my life

Have had to personally check in to get every order shipped. Seems like the fulfillment team doesn't check their order logs. Everything is fine once shipped, just horrible on the fulfillment side.

Because of this, id stay FAR away from listing on platforms like amazon or tiktok shop.

This is a scam: only because after we brought in volume sales for beef tallow we thought we get a bulk order price that would help ads spend.

5% off 14.95 + 4.50 ship.

The only way to make this work is multi orders wjere you make.4.50 off the shipping.

We shifted to alibabab got tallow at 2.38 cost.

Suplifull is a new amway .

Thats it.
