I have not made any sales for my products yet, however, supliful is making things look very easy and promising. Very fast responses to questions and concerns. Something they need to work on, is when for instance I uploaded the wrong label format, I was not told what specifically I was doing wrong. It was my first time, so I had to do it many times, until I had it right. Maybe a short videos educating how to creat labels and How to connect your product to Shopify and TikTok.

Definitely don’t like the shipping time, if it’s made in USA it shouldn’t take 3-4 weeks. If it’s going to take 3 days to approve labels, maybe they should approve a label when you list it online instead of when a customer orders it to avoid longer shipping time. Support has been good but if I could change anything it would be more products and shipping time for sure
