I placed an order for qty 30 and only received qty 15. You keep sending me in my orders the discount card code for 10% off my next order however your website says I can only use the code once which I have so stop sending it to me as it sounds good but it’s actually useless and a waste of paper.

The hide of this company to ask for a review when I haven’t even received my goods yet. I payed for express shipping 1-3 days and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting…not happy.

I can see that your order was placed 10 days ago, and as stated in both the product description, and in the banner on the product image on the website, the item you ordered has an extended shipping timeframe of 10-15 days, hence the order has not shipped yet. The express shipping option relates to the time in transit, not the time it takes for us to dispatch the order.
