Half of my order is missing
Half of my order is missing - this has been the case several times now (I signed up to a monthly subscription). All I get is an automated email saying sorry there is a delay with part of my order. I have emailed the company but no one replied. There is no other obvious way to contact them. Awful comms policy and rubbish service. Now trying to cancel my subscription but they still owe me for products I’ve not received.

Customer service excellent, there was a problem with there new phone line being installed, hence the phone was not being answered, yet this mobile number is a very good alternative.

Excellent Service
After being ripped off on eBay I was advised to contact SupplementParadise who gave me the answers I needed. The dishonest eBayer sold me a fake supplement and SupplementParadise are a registered seller of this particular product. After receiving such swift and accurate advice from them I chose to use them for future purchases.
Their service is excellent and there delivery times is good. Their products are genuine and I’d recommend anyone to use this company without any concerns.
The chat tool is very useful and the website is set up so that account holders can create a profile and connect with other likeminded people.
