It all sounded good, very helpful....then no communication for months. When "the new kid on the block" contacted me, he was nice and sounded busy.
I even got 1 (one) day in a PRU....for the pittance of basic TA work.
The following week, when payday "loomed", I got contacted by an umbrella company demanding to register with them, all paperwork from right to work to ....well, you name it, they wanted it.
Result? Massive amount of work for no pay at all.
Trump would call it a clever business strategy, I'd just call it exploitation.

Avoid at all costs. Total waste of time. Do not have any regular work. Failed to safeguard myself in a school and so I had to leave in the middle of the day.

Left me in a school working as a TA for months when I am a highly qualified teacher.

Refused to pay sick pay on more than one occasion, when I had a doctor’s paper for covid, vertigo and shingles. Use another agency.

Suppleo Education have a well professional, well mannered and trained staff that handles all of your queries and boarding process with them with a high sense of professionalism. I highly recommend getting on boarded with suppleo education.

Very pleased with my placement, made by Suppleo. Good communication with the agency once a suitable position became available. Rachel in Bristol has been very helpful and kept me updated with any changes.

Shifts cancelled at the last moment, big deductions from payroll, unprofessional and over-familiar agents.

There are far better education employment agencies than this. Don't waste your time.

Registered with this agency to apply for a job role advertised with them,paid for a DBS and passed all the online tests then to be told job was not available ! On their job vacancies website the same job has been advertised again and again , so not sure what is going on 😐

Lawrence is one of the most rudest people I have ever worked with. He lacks communication, has poor judgment and management, he uses inappropriate language over the phone, ie. ‘p!ssng us off’ and doing our heads in… he disregarded any health problems and even held annoyance over me taking holiday leave on my own time.

I have been pleased to work for Suppleo Education. I feel that there has been no pressure to accept a teaching role if I felt it was not suitable for me. The staff at Suppleo Education are well mannered with a polite and professional approach.

I joined Suppleo Education a couple of months ago and have had very little communication with them since applying for my DBS. Initially they seemed very keen for me to register but I’ve heard nothing from them in ages. I’ve contacted them a number of times but had no reply. I’ve since joined another agency who are incredible and keep in regular contact with me. I wouldn’t recommend Suppleo Education at all

I've been dealing with Erin and she has been amazing and very patient with me when I have been Anxious about certain aspects of working for an agency which I have never done before. Thanks so much Erin

I was placed in a fully welsh speaking school and I have specifically said I don’t speak Welsh.
I was promised £12.53 an hour and was paid less then £10 an hour when I got paid,
I worked 1 full day and 1 day or 2.5hours due to not being able to assist the school in the way I wanted to due to not being about to speak the language and feeling uncomfortable.
I am now being told I’m not being paid for that second day due to the school refusing to, even though I have in writing from a member of the suppleo staff stating I would be paid a full days wage for that day even though I was only there 8:30-11am.
Truly unhappy with the way I have been treated from this company and it has fully put me off working for an agency in the future.
Wanted to share my experience so no one else has this trouble and stress.

Suppleo have been great from the start. I have a long term job booking in an amazing school close to my home which fits around my family giving me an amazing work life balance. I made the biggest decision to leave previous job and haven’t looked back since. Thank you Dario and Lawrence

Agency easy to contact and approachable. Always answer the phone and reply to text messages. They respond to feedback and find solutions to challenges. I have only recently started but found that I have been offered work each week and whenever I needed time off there were no problems.

I decided to use this company as a family member was already working through them. Ive been lucky as I stayed in the same school so far since I started in Jan and I'm on a long term contract there. I prefer this and feel like I'm getting on well there. I get paid weekly which I prefer and my wages are in the bank every Friday without fail. I like the fact that if I need any support Lawrence and Dario are always available by text or a phone call. I am also doing some courses online which are done through azebra who pay the wages which is really good.

I would like to thank all at suppleo for helping me to find a fantastic permanent job.
They are professional and helpful, a real pleasure to work with.

It is good experience to work in school as TA and cover teacher,

As TA, some of school have great guideline to me what I need to do when under the class , some of school wasn’t that make me a bit confused what teacher needed to assist in class.

As Cover teacher, which a bit challenged, since the core teacher may too busy without any guidelines or the system may not easy to login and download teaching materials.

About the students whose have different learning needs,the experience to let me know how to be a patient teacher and how to assist the different needed.

For myself, makes me more sure and love on working at school with students.
