Don't ever use this company. You have been warned. Loads of missing items and no replacements given. Scam

I placed am order 2 months ago and nothing ever arrived upon finally speaking to someone through face book after emails and calls going unanswered I requested a refund and have now been blocked!
This is a joke! Don't order buy everything you need yourself and don't be disappointed.

Very disappointing, my son ordered the RAF package for £174.99 lots of stuff missing, some arrived later but still missing some items, sent emails regarding this and had no response, £174.99 is a lot to pay even with an iron and ironing board (which apparently doesn’t come with this package even though it shows it on the picture) very misleading..

I experienced many issues with them after ordering my Navy package. The order itself took weeks to arrive. Items were missing from the order as well which is frustrating, to say the least. I have tried to reach them via email twice now with no response from them. I've ultimately paid a large amount of money for what little I have received. Quite shocked at this, given the importance of their service.

I had used Supply-drop in the past & had a positive experience so I decided to use them again for my twin sons joining the Royal Navy. I had a nothing but a negative experience.I ordered 2 packages well in advance which never arrived. So I had to reorder another 2 packages.By this time my lads were panicking as they had less than a week left before they started Raliegh for training.Two days to go the packages arrived which I was relieved about, except lots of items were missing. I contacted Supply-drop who did apologise, except I had to pay out again for the missing items.I was not happy as this cost me £279+all the missing items on top of that.Give them the benefit of doubt, they said they would sort any issues. Over 4 weeks have gone by and still Nothing !! Unacceptable, poor service.

Cannot fault the service by the team at Supply drop, I called them as I needed the Navy kit ASAP as it all happened very fast for my son to be going into the Navy, they were excellent on the phone and assured me they would do there best to get the package out that night, and they did just that, It arrived today within 15 hours of it being ordered. I messaged them this morning and Lewis tracked the package for me without hesitation and it arrived shortly after. The items were all as they should be and of good quality too.(Towels are super soft) . Would highly recommend this for anyone starting out, and Thankyou Supply drop for taking the stress out of getting all the items separately. One happy Mum.

Customer service feature and service by Lewis was outstanding. Very personalised and listened to queries I had. 100% recommend this company brilliant service and will use again if needed!

My son used Supply-Drop for his kit for Raleigh. I was sceptical assuming it would be cheap gear. I was pleasantly surprised. It arrived in 2 days and everything in there was of top quality & recognised names. I would definitely recommend.

Ordering process and items received are top quality. However my package was delivered to my house while I was away and could not receive it, after letting the company know of the days I wouldn’t be at home. Luckily the package was safe and untouched when I arrived home and I can’t fault the items received. Everything is perfect bar the slight hiccup :)

Excellent service which has eased the transition for my son, as he will be joining RAF Halton for basic training. I had reassurance regarding postage and even an explanation for my son as to what to expect on arrival.

My son is due to start training at HMS RALEIGH very soon.
He placed his order for all the essentials required for training from Supply Drop.
3 days later Kit arrived.
As an ex Matelot myself I can honestly say the service received from Lewis and Supply Drop was 1st Class.
