Charged Twice, Ignored Refund Request, Now Threatening to Charge Again
I signed up for a small membership with SupplyPencil and was charged twice. When I noticed the double charge, I immediately contacted their support team requesting a refund. All I received was a series of automated ticket responses, and no one actually helped me.
I then canceled my membership, yet they still sent me an email saying they would charge me 69.03€ in 3 days to “top up” my account — without my permission.
I have emailed them multiple times asking them to stop the payment, but again, they keep sending the same automated replies and have ignored my refund request.
This company feels dishonest and shady. I’m warning others to stay away from this service, especially if they ask for payment information. I’ve now had to block my card to protect my money.
Avoid this company at all cost.
