My iPhone is so cheap

My iPhone is so cheap, the main power button quit working after less than a year. I also am experiencing fast battery discharge. The repair process is terrible.Tech support agents now refuse to escalate complaints to Customer Relations. Worst of all, that 24/7 Priority Access in your AppleCare + agreement is a lie. Advisors can only be reached during business hours. I have bought so many Apple devices and computers over the last 25 years. NO MORE. They treat their customers terribly now. That premium price you pay for Apple goods is no longer worth it. My AirPods Pro died in less than a year. Apple Watches are pure trash. Mine has had to be replaced 3 times in one year. Cook has run the company into the ground. I no longer have any brand loyalty to Apple. I despise them and their now cheap, trash products and terrible support and repair policies. I’m through with them.

Excellent Customer Service

Contacted Apple Support about a TV subscription.
I spoke with Louise who was great.
Louise sorted the issue quickly and arranged a refund, which I received the next day.

Very Poor

If I could give zero I would. Why am I being so loyal with Apple when they are not being loyal or helpful back. I have now been complaining of a fault on my phone for an over a year. Yes granted it is a minor issue but it is still a fault. I have now updated my phone to ios 26.5 after being told the fault would be resolved and I still have the same fault. I am now being told by Apple that I will have to wait till the next major update before the phone will be fixed. Sorry Apple by then I will no longer have an Apple product in the house. I have been an Apple customer since my first phone which was a 3GS. I have never experienced such bad customer service and help from a large company like Apple

APPLE has Zero respect for it's Customers

Sorry, I've been busy checking and rechecking my review. I've actually written three all with the same message-
Title: Siri’s Missing Manners Show Apple’s Lack of Respect for VIP(Visually Impaired People) Users
I am registered blind and rely on audible software and voice assistants every day. My abilities far surpass any limitations my disability might impose — and I refuse to let my disability overpower my abilities.
My issue is simple: Siri has no manners.
Ask for the weather? Siri answers.
Say “Thank you”? Siri ignores you completely.
Other assistants — Alexa, Dola, Bixby — all respond with a polite “You’re welcome”. That’s basic respect, and it matters, especially for visually impaired users who rely on voice interaction.
For a company with Apple’s resources, adding a simple acknowledgement would take a few lines of code. The fact that it’s missing tells me everything about their priorities.
Accessibility is not a luxury. It’s not optional.
It’s respect — and right now, Apple is falling short.
________________________________________
Title: Apple, If Alexa Can Say “You’re Welcome”, Why Can’t Siri?
As a registered blind user, I depend on voice tech every day — and trust me, my abilities are stronger than any disability I live with.
But here’s the kicker:
Siri can answer a question, but can’t say “You’re welcome”.
Alexa can.
Dola can.
Even Bixby can.
Apple? Silence.
And silence, in this context, feels like disrespect.
It’s literally a few lines of code. A tiny tweak. A basic courtesy.
If Apple can design a £1,000 phone, they can teach Siri some manners.
VIP users deserve better.
Accessibility isn’t a feature — it’s a responsibility.
Right now, Apple is dropping the ball.
________________________________________
Title: Siri Speaks, But Never Listens — And That Says Everything
I’m registered blind, but my abilities roar louder than any limitation.
I navigate the world with tech as my companion —
And most companions know how to say “You’re welcome”.
Alexa does.
Dola does.
Bixby does.
Siri?
Siri stays silent.
A simple “thank you” met with nothing.
A tiny courtesy missing from a trillion-dollar company.
Accessibility is built from small details,
and when Apple ignores the small things,
it tells me they’re ignoring the people who rely on them most.
Respect isn’t complicated.
It’s a few lines of code.
So why hasn’t Apple written them?

Paid for Express Replacement, Still Waiting 11 Days Later

I have honestly never had such a frustrating experience with a company before.

My phone broke after a software update, so I contacted Apple Support for advice on the best way to get it repaired. I was told to go to my nearest Apple Store, which for me was a 5 hour round trip. I made that journey thinking it would be worth it if my phone could actually be fixed, only to get there and be told they couldn’t repair it because they didn’t have the supplies.

So after wasting hours travelling there and back, I was then told my best option was Express Replacement. To do this, I had to pay a £75 express delivery fee and also have a temporary charge placed on my account for the full value of the phone until they receive my broken one.

Before agreeing to this, I specifically asked how long it would take because I cannot be without a phone for long. I was told 2–3 business days.

A week later, I had heard nothing and the tracking had not updated, so I contacted support again and was told there had been a delay and I would receive my replacement when stock became available.

It has now been 11 days and I still do not have a working phone.

I called again today to explain how disappointed I am with this entire experience, only to be told there is still no update. I have now had to file a complaint and wait another 2–3 business days to speak to Customer Relations, with no explanation of what will even be discussed.

The most frustrating part is that Apple presents itself as a company that offers premium products and high-quality customer service, but this experience has been the complete opposite. I was given incorrect advice that caused me to waste time and money, paid extra for an “express” service that has not been express at all, and have now been left without a phone for nearly two weeks with no clear resolution.

For a company of this size and reputation, this level of service is genuinely shocking.

I expected far better communication, better organisation, and above all, a faster solution than this.

Recurring subscription issues – Apple took payment but Singa Premium didn't work

I decided to give Singa another chance for a holiday celebration, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. Even though the subscription was paid and confirmed via Apple, the app failed to recognize the Premium status and kept prompting me to subscribe again. This is actually the second time I’ve encountered this exact technical failure with this specific app.
It is unacceptable for a digital service not to work immediately upon purchase. We ended up having to use a competitor (KaraFun) to save the evening, which worked flawlessly from the start.
To make matters worse, Apple's automated system has repeatedly rejected my refund requests, while Singa’s support directs me back to Apple. When there is a known synchronization issue between the app and the App Store, it should be fixed. Customers should not have to pay for a non-functional service and then fight through multiple layers of bureaucracy for a refund.

Tried to reset my apple ID password

Tried to reset my apple ID password, as initially I was locked out and forgot it. I did all proceedures, entering my phone number, my email, confirmed email, and everything, they said they'd send me a text message at exactly XX:XX and they did not send it, I waited multiple days, and when I went to retry, the instructions never came, instead they provided me an EVEN LONGER wait to get the instructions for the password reset. Unbelievable.

I was charged $39.00{CAD}

I was charged $39.00{CAD}, Apple took the money for three app subscription which I had already canceled.
I went throught process of asking for a refund & was refused.
Tried to challenge the decision only to be refused again.
I can't wait until my contract with my iPhone is over.
I will be switching to an Android Phone.
Will delete my account with Apple & will never use any of their devices again.
From reading the reviews, it looks like this is a pattern with Apple, refunds being refused!
Apple, if you are reading this I hope you start to overhaul your policies!

Worst customer service i've ever experienced

My phone has had a hardware defect ever since the start(an iphone 16 i purchased 5 months ago), they repaired my phone a month ago and now exactly a month later exactly the same problem has started again. ever since the beginning they told me the defect was in my logic board from the start and it was nothing i did, so they basically gave me a defect phone right from the start. i contacted apple support and they told me i had to go to the apple store again to get it fixed, i told them i dont trust them repairing it again because they are gonna change the exact same thing so i told the apple support chat about consumer law which mentions after repair if the product is still defect ur entitled to either a refund or a different product. The apple support chat assistent (who was helpful) set up a call with one of apple's representative managers who could help me with a replacement. the call happens and basically the ''manager" tells me they can repair it several times and then they might give u a replacement, so i asked "how many times would u say until u get a replacement, since it costs me money and time". "the manager" told me he couldn't disclose that information, i found that very weird and i said so u guys can say everytime let's repair it and i mentioned the law again, he got quiet and then hung up. no resolution. no empathy. just empty hands and a broken phone. This was my first and last time ever purchasing a phone from apple. Apple, fix your customer service or train your employees.

There is nothing “express”about apples express replacement

Apple will take your money and not give you a replacement phone. They will string you around and tell you “a couple more business and it will
Ship” and it’s a lie. As a first time user of apple express replacement I will be getting rid of apple and switching to Samsung once my phone contract with Verizon is up. This experience just solidifies all doubts I had in them.
I ordered a replacement phone on the support app for the 1st time since having apple care, I pay $14 a month for the guarantee that I can get a replacement phone shipped to me within a few days if anything happened.
I was camping and my phone fell from my truck and the whole back screen cracked. I immediately contacted support and ordered a replacement, I was told the phone would be DELIVERED in 1-2 business days and they would need to put a “temporary hold” on one of my cards for $1200 (the cost of the phone) and it would be released when I shipped back the broke phone within 10 days of receiving it. . I contacted them after the 2 business days since i had not received tracking, I was told it actually takes 3-5 BUISNESS DAYS TO SHIP a replacement, news me as that’s not what you are told when you order it. Well here we are a week later . No phone was shipped and I am being told that there is “delays in Parts” and “just wait a few more days” after reading others reviews I now know that this is a common practice and apple does not care. They take people money and run them around it circles. Absolutely worst replacement service I have ever been a part of

I wouldn't recommend apple care+

I wouldn't recommend purchasing any apple care+ if you do you must learn deeper to understand your side or else you will treat you not worthy. I have encountered a problem with my 16 Pro Max battery recently so I decided to ask for help but base of them my phone battery is doing well. I'll explain everything but they won't change or replace my battery even though you told you're not satisfied doesn't work that way in apple care, which is I purchase apple care+ after they help you once it has never happened again. Just a heads up don't come to the Metro town location they don't know what Apple Care+ is all about and treat you like an unworthy custumer, and I notice a lot of employees standing and custumer waiting..? and the three people I talked with especially the Team leaders, weren't good at custumer service.

Apple lost ~300GB of emails, charges for non-existent storage, and hasn’t fixed it for 4 months

I’ve been dealing with a critical iCloud failure since January 2026, and as of today (May 2026), Apple still hasn’t resolved it.
This is not a minor issue. It involves:
Loss of approximately 300GB of emails
Data that disappeared with no user-side recovery possible
Storage still being counted as fully used
Inability to delete files (constant “unexpected error”)
iCloud Drive stuck and unresponsive
iCloud Mail severely impacted
In other words: 👉 I lost important data
👉 I cannot free up space
👉 I am still being penalized for storage that no longer exists
The case has already been: ✔ reported multiple times
✔ documented with evidence
✔ escalated to Apple engineering
Yet, after nearly 4 months, there has been no fix, no proper technical response, and no resolution.
This raises serious concerns about:
iCloud reliability
data integrity
Apple’s ability to handle critical failures
Due to the lack of resolution: ➡ I stopped paying for the 2TB plan
➡ I have initiated formal actions against the company
We are talking about a paid service that:
lost data
continues charging for non-existent storage
fails to provide any effective solution
This is unacceptable.
If you rely on iCloud for professional use, this is a real risk.

No Support

I recently spoke with Apple Support regarding refunding in app purchases for a game. The game was a scam hence I requested a refund for the funds I spent.

The manager I spoke with (Owen) was so unwilling to assist even after I provided proof of the scam.

I think the staff members need to understand we are paying customers and customers need to be protected from scams.

I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with Apple Support.

Worst company support

Although the developer (Suno) explicitly states in their policy that they honor refunds for accidental yearly-to-monthly switches, they are unable to process it because the payment was handled by Apple. Furthermore, the 'Face ID' double-click bypassed my intended payment method to pull funds from a backup bank account without a clear confirmation prompt or secondary authorization. I reported this error and canceled the subscription the literal second it happened to demonstrate a total lack of intent to purchase an annual plan, yet the automated system continues to ignore these facts.Theres no real support! My advice purchase subscriptions directly through the official app and if anything get your bank to dispute because Apple system is automated and will need help with real human error, it don’t check patterns or anything.

Would leave zero star if I could. Signed up to apple tv, watched 1 programme and then a couple of hours later tried to watch something else and it had locked me out. 24 hours later still unable to access. Contacted apple support who told me my account is permanently locked and the request to unlock was denied. No reason given and no communication of this until I contacted support. Will never be signing up to Apple tv or purchasing any apple products when this is their service.

Fantastic support!

I hope this gets through to Gilbert who handled my call on 16/4/2026.

He was so patient and adaptable to my situation with my imessage and apple ID errors, he talked me through every single section and guided me step by step, I am no longer as tech savvy as I used to be, especially with apple products. I am a samsung person!

I regret turning down the opportunity for the survey feedback email as I was frustrated at the time and was just so eager to have someone help, My call was answered quickly and Gilberts explanations were on point. So Gilberts team leaders bosses...give that main a raise!
