the products didn't looks as the website say
the luxury topper on website looks incredible and thick, but sadly the product was not look like that when it arrived, it was so thin, felt like a fabric on top of the mattress, they will refund but you have to pay your own delivery fees, which cost me £15, learn my lesson, spend a little more with good company with good product.

Ordered Egyptian cotton duvet
Ordered Egyptian cotton duvet
and 2 packs of 2 firm pillows last week order arrived this afternoon. Within 5 minutes I was in the phone to Supreme bedding. The Duvet came in a plastic bag with a photocopy Egyptian cotton picture but when I opened the duvet out it was labelled polyester cotton. Not what I ordered. Only 1 pack of 2 pillows arrived again so I was being charged for 4 pillows but only getting 2. They have said I will get a returns label emailed to me tomorrow. (Why not send the label today). I am really disappointed and I hope I will get my full refund with no problem.

there was a slight hiccup in delivery
there was a slight hiccup in delivery. when i phoned up the lady was very nice and the manager e mailed within the hour. i got my products next day so they kept their word. for that they get 5 stars for good customer relations. i recommend them. i can now confirm i have tried the 15 tog quilt and its good quality
