Good and efficient customer service
Pre-ordered an item I had been wanting for a while. There was a delay in shipping, but when I emailed with a question I received a quick and helpful reply. Item shipped recently and it's now on track to arrive in time! Really good customer service.

They had stock when others didn't.
I was a bit late to the LP release for TMBTE and it was basically sold out everywhere and I found Supreme Chaos Records still had a couple and reserving one was super easy.
