I’m so glad I trusted them—Excellent Communication

I’ll admit, before ordering I saw a negative review online that made me a little nervous, so I reached out to Sure-Grip directly. Their team responded quickly, reassured me, and showed me why they’ve had such a solid reputation for decades. They said they don’t post their direct number because of constant robo calls.

I placed my order on a Friday and was blown away when it arrived the very next day!

Next Day, nah, whenever we get to it..

Ordered stock item via drop down menus on website before midday on Monday.

Website states "Stock Items will be prepared for dispatch same-working day. If you have ordered before midday, we'll be able dispatch these same working-day.
Custom made items will take up to 4 working days before dispatch, so we can manufacture your product.
Your order will be delivered via a next-day courier service. "

Paid £10.99+VAT for delivery expecting it Tuesday - Nothing.

Waited most Wednesday - Nothing.

Called to ask where order was and was informed it had already been shipped. I asked why no notification, they said shipping company does that (so nothing from SureGRP!). Checked spam folders etc - Nothing.

Thursday by 10am I had still received no notification, called again.
Rep very strongly implied that I should have spoken to someone and/or placed the order via phone (whats the point of a website?). They went to check the order, came back and insisted once again it had already left and there were "IT issues with TNT" and they werent getting updates either. They did however manage to give me a shipping reference.
I asked to cancel the order and if it arrived I would refuse delivery. SureGRP refused my request as it had "already left the building".

Contacted TNT who were very helpful and insisted they hadnt collected the shipment as yet...

SureGRP rep seemed very disinterested that my shipment was late (and I strongly suspect is sitting on a TNT pallet in their warehouse still waiting to be collected).
Couldnt seem to fathom that I had ordered and paid for next day delivery by the expectations of their own website and other than an order confirmation had received zero updates from them and am still awaiting my order. He even tried to tell me that perhaps the stock item was out of stock and they may have had to manufacture more, then my item was now classed as a "custom order" didnt fall under the next day delivery schedule. Even this wouldnt have been quite as bad if I was informed at any point that there would be a potential delay.

Still waiting for my order, which I have been assured by SureGRP will be with me today (Thursday) but looking unlikely as TNT havent even collected it yet...

My interaction with this company was…

My interaction with this company was through nonslipshop.co.uk but I dealt with SureGrip directly when there was a problem with my delivery. They were very quick to respond to both phone calls and emails. They were supportive and sympathetic and resolved a challenging situation for both of us within a day. I was very impressed with their response and their customer service. I recommend them very highly.
