I get a notification from the state every quarter that I have not paid state taxes. WHERE IS MY MONEY GOING IF NOT TO PAY THE TAXES?!

Not meeting my expectation. Am considering canceling.

I have a slightly unusual need for payroll for a new 501.c.3 that we've set up and Matthew helped me to set it up.

Prior to signing up, my questions were answered very quickly, which gave me confidence in your level of customer support. However, after completing the sign-up process, I have sent multiple emails and the only response I received was that you are busy and unable to help with my questions.

This change in responsiveness is disappointing and not what I expected based on my experience before signing up.

I have withdrawal from my account for 49 dollars, but not sure why it was made in first place since th math for the tax and cuts was made during the set up

Assistance was terrific using it was easy and it was quite affordable. Thank you

Good company, have for both of my businesses. No issues, only time I’ve called customer service is when I’ve made a mistake. One for several years the other for a year.

Sure payroll is quick and simple no complexity

They made the transfer easy and painless. Always answer my calls and have answer and solve any of my questions and concerns

Easy to use for us as a household employer, has the flexibility we were looking for, and not too expensive.

The onboarding process has been simplified and painless. WhenI had questions I felt like I had concierge service with timely and fully informative responses. Processing op payrolls have been seamless.

You have a bunch of glitches on your website. So far not impressed - let's see how it works in the future.

Makes QBooks payroll look really REALLY bad!

When I first started someone reached out immediately to help me in the process and even after I was finished onboarding, they were still helpful when I had an issue a month later!

I have sent 3 emails with the same question and have never received a response. I am giving serious thought of switching payroll services. I can't run a business if the people who are there to assist and save me time and trouble will not respond.

Way too complicated! The interface of this platform is not user-friendly and it is too complex for individuals who do not work in HR-payroll related fields.

We didn't get the support we needed until the deadline to reply to the state and only after putting a lot of presure on the system.
