Our engineer Dominic had to spend a…

Our engineer Dominic had to spend a long time sorting out and simplifying our system when Octopus asked him to come and fix our new meters.
It wasn’t an easy or quick job but he has done an excellent professional job and everything has been sorted.

I wish I could have given them even…

I wish I could have given them even below then ONE, I complained for hot water in December 2025 and they called me back in April 26, what a shame!
Since they are big a company and must have connections with local governments, so they will make full use of that in making money and reuning people's life..

Great service from John Walker

Great service from John Walker at Sureserve. We needed a new gas meter and sorted it very quickly. Spent time afterwards guiding us through the meter reader which he also set up.

We have had issues with our meters…

We have had issues with our meters for months with several engineers coming and advising, blah blah blah!!
Yesterday, another chap came to change the meter and get the Smart meter thing in our kitchen to work. He didn't need to change our gas meter, he just fixed it and got the Smart thing working and helped to get the app on my phone working. Ryan Rodriguez from Providor - thank you very much 😀 Excellent

Excellent 5 Star Service James Forde

Excellent 5 Star service from the engineer James Forde who came to fit my elderly mothers smart meter today. Worse company ever . Didn’t turn up 3 times and no phone call !! Then turned up twice with no part or wrong part. Customer service just pass the buck and tells lies . Google star rating very poor and says just what a rubbish company they are xx
