This is my second review of SureShotFX. The response to my first review is below. They never asked me to provide details to verify my case.

I contacted SSF Support team many time and shared my weekly results with them so they can help me to be profitable but unfortunately they keep saying I am missing trades and that is reason for losses. I invested in VPS and provided them with one week of results highlighting each signal sent by which trader and still they said I am missing trades. I highlighted each trade that they said I am missing and send them file again. I mentioned there was not a single signal missing and there weekly results show 994+ pips while my account was in minus. Here is response from SSF Team member.

(Our trade expert has thoroughly reviewed your trading history. We are pleased to see that you are making a profit with our VIP signals, and overall, your account reflects a positive net profit.

Any discrepancies may be due to some trades or updates being missed on your side. The yellow marks were not visible, and we could only identify the last one in your open positions. Additionally, the data you provided only covers up to November 21.

Kindly note that our profit-sharing is calculated based on pips, and we manage profits separately for Gold, Indices, and Forex. As a result, the figures in your records may not exactly match ours.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing all updates regularly to ensure accuracy. Thank you.

Hi Julia, thank you for your reply. I am not agreed with your traders saying they only find last trade as you mark in yellow on your response. I attached again here the screen shot of open positions and highlighted in yellow all the trades that your traders mentioned are missing. Again no trades are missing.)
This is my fourth month with them and I gave them enough time to provide me support and guidance they promise on their website but unfortunately did not happened. I provided my Invoice to them as they wrote in response to my first review and asked to refund my money and now they blocked my email and not responding on Telegram as well. My review and the response from SSF Team is on Trustpilot and any one can see it.
I am still in loss of $400 plus what I paid for subscription and copier.

Since last I dropped my review, Sureshotfx traders are making more improvement.
Keep up! Dont go back to losses.
Personally, I want sureshotfx to be the BEST signal provider EVER!
If you think the market is not doing well, stay out of trading, pending when is good. Trading is NOT gambling.
Kudos to your customer support. They are the best!

I had a lot of issues installing it on my own after a few hours. Telegram support finally offered remote assistance and resolved it within a couple of minutes. Remote support should have been done immediately. But everything is good now. My first experience and proper review with their combo plan will be assessed and measured next week. It's concerning to see from the past reviews that the bad signals are not being posted in the weekly and monthly recap. Their recaps are a big reason why I bought their plan. Anxious and hopeful at the same time.. Let's see next week! I'll post another review.

Rubbish signals and analysis,only waste time and waste money

Customer service is solid, and the signal copying software works well. Unfortunately, the gold signals are extremely poor. The trading decisions seem random, with entries placed in irrational positions that completely ignore market trends. This approach makes the strategy highly unreliable and risky. 6 SL in one session that is huge

I tried a lot of groups and this is one of the best, great results and excellent customer service. Had a lot of trouble with setting up the SSF algo and the copier, after trying to do it myself they offered to install it from a distance. 10/10 recommendation

We are group of traders sharing an account and watching a demo running all 3 VIP packages, Gold Forex and indicies, Sureshot only posts its winning pips on their website, and leave out their losses, this is why they had to delete their myfxbooks reports. We have been trading with them for 5 weeks, the first 2 weeks were great, but since then we have lost all the gains and barely back to break even, yet on their webiste they are just posting all their winning trades and none of the losing trades, this is for Gold VIP, ForexVIP and IndiciesVIP. Very dishonest marketing and it looks like we are going to end this exeperiment in a big loss, which we paid 500usd to do. Stay Away from these clowns, they loose money.
Today is absolute shit show, 9.2% loss at 13:34 Norwegian time for all 3.

Sureshot one of the worst signal providers.
They never accept their faults.
If you do loss in trade they say their signal is for demo account only not for real account. Honestly I never did profit in their signal.

it is all lies , they claim 90% win rate but I was stopped out 14 times last week out of 20 odd fx trades , so they have deleted myfxbook accounts and only post results to telegram page , where they also claim 4.6/5 on trustpilot when u can x it is 3/5 . when they do terribly they forget to post individual trades history but just send a banner with we made 2000 pips this week , which is total b/s . I have been stopped out 3 times in an hour on gold by william for the second time this week.I have been loosing money consistently for 2 weeks

They post buy and sell same time after they say close buy at entry,at the end buy order hit tp and sell sl that happens many times

Do not fall for the VIP

Man, their free channel is more profitable than their VIPS to be honest.... gosh..... FML for subscribing....
LOSS $100 earn $20... be prepare to lose for more than what you trade.
Is only my second day with Gold and Indices VIP, I already have 8 SL that each of them is 85-100 pips and... only earning 100 pips..

Good customer service and signal copying software works well. But gold signals are really bad. Completely roulette how they trade, they don't follow the trend at all. They place trades in absolutely unbelievable places.

I rarely write reviews but I had to based on my experience. I joined the sure shot free gold signals group and tripled my account just from the one free daily signals. I decided to try 1 month of the vip gold signals and made back my investment in 1 day. I have been in many groups but I really feel comfortable with sure shot. Their overall accuracy is mind-blowing. Note this is my experience for gold only

Customer service is good, although 1st remote help to setup for ssfxcopier was done but after completing the setup remotely I was informed that this was done as free, if I need further remote help that will come at a cost of $20 per session. I got a 1 month combi signal subscription and the quality of signal was not consistent, agree market conditions do come in play but quality of signals wiped 50% of my account

I have been using SureShotFX since two months and their customer service always been helpful when I had some issues with copier signals also it's profitable but depends on the market condition as gold signals has been great so far!

Am loving the support I'm getting. It took quite a while to get up and running, but the support is great. They stayed with me for, what seemed like, hours. But I'm out of the starting gate now.

I’ve been using this for about a month. The instructions were clear and I had no trouble linking ‎my broker. The signals seem well analyzed and I like the risk management options.
