Very good initial quote but beware, they will go to great lengths to find a reason to 'amend' your premiums. I am going to the ombudsman with my case and would recommend others do the same. Put a st... See more

Great all round service and experience

I recently transferred my car insurance business back to Sure Thing after using an insurance comparison service. I had been with them some time ago and they had handled a claim extremely efficiently during that time. On transferring my business back to them last month I was delighted at how quickly and easily the transfer took place and I have every confidence in their service having had a good experience of this in the past. Quick, efficient and personal service all round

Easy to buy

Easy to buy, good value but haven't had to claim so can't give any opinion on that.

Overall happy with service

I’ve been with Surething for a few years now. With the exception of a pothole claim which was not covered I’ve had good value and service. Annual admin fee of £20 was an unpleasant surprise though as I’d have expected insurer to pickup costs for the business they get. I do look around each year and although I could have gotten equivalent insurance marginally cheaper elsewhere it was not enough of a difference to change. Overall I’m happy with the service.
