I had to let my mobility scooter…

I had to let my mobility scooter insurance expire as I was in hospital at the time of renewal and for several months after, the scooter needed repair. I notified Surewise to this effect. After my discharge and scooter repair I contacted Surewise and my insurance details were still on file and the policy was renewed quickly and without any fuss or having to go through the rigmarole of a new insurance policy.

Best cover I have found

This is the second year I have used surewise , whilst they arent the cheapest they offer the best services and comprehensive cover, in a care setting ensuring you have the best cover is essential. For a few £'s more it's definitely worth knowing you are properly insured .

Price is good renewal is simple
However now they want you to sign up for this App/Portal stuff.
Who needs this when all you doing is renewing a policy.
Technology overload let's keep it simple

Easy to renew. Clear information and seemingly good vale for money. Only criticism is that you need to log in to your account to identify what product the renewal relates to - I have 3 policies.

The staff were all very helpful as I was attempting to insure a couple of mobility scooters which are the property of a charity I work for. We short term loan these scooters (at no charge) to help our members with their lack of mobility. The SURE staff were brilliant.
