I needed home insurance and a letter for my mortgage lender quickly. Prat was extremely helpful and quick! Greatly appreciated.

Edited to add: Finally received a call from a manager at the office, in which the only response was ‘we did you a favor’ in only charging you $1100. So this office DOES NOT take responsibility for their errors, and can charges thousands of dollars at any time to any client for their mistakes. STAY AWAY. We will be looking at alternate insurance options at this time, provided they haven’t ‘misplaced’ the safety paperwork we originally provided them…. AGAIN 🙄 Abysmal customer service, and an even worse knowledge of what their job is apparently.

I’ve been with this office for a while and I’ve had 3 different brokers, to say the whole experience has been a dumpster fire is an understatement. Here’s the list:

I provided a safety for my old camper van when it was added to the policy, over a year later it had been misplaced and I had to get it done again as they had no documentation on file and wanted to cancel my coverage. Two safeties paid for, one van, out of my pocket.

Then when I go to renew the plates of said van, I can’t see it online on my account so I call, turns out they’d never even added the van. I was driving with no insurance for god knows how long. No explanation as to how that even happened. Cool.

We add a 1992 Suzuki Sidekick to our policy as a work commuter in 2024, answer all the questions as to how many kms a year it gets and the VIN, all that stuff. Two years later they realize it’s been insured as a quad for two years, they charge ME $1100 for THEIR mistake to backdate the policy to 2024 and then increase the policy by OVER $100 MONTHLY. Apparently driving a quad through a city to work seemed like a completely reasonable action to the broker.

I also add my husband to said policy years ago, which also never gets put into effect and now said insurance is for a NEW DRIVER, yet again due to their negligence.

Don’t walk. RUN. STRAIGHT AWAY IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM THIS OFFICE.

No accountability for their mess ups, no call back to deal with this for over a week. When I called to deal with the issue a ‘phone issue’ cut the call and I never received a call back, even when I woke up to an $1100 withdrawal on the 15th of this month, which is what I had called about.

Dumpster. Fire. From the very beginning. All the way through.

Devansh soni my broker was very helpful by getting me the best insurance quote and closing the deal. He was very detailed and helpful.

Devin really helped me promptly in getting home insurance at a reasonable cost. He is very diligent in collecting all information before proceeding with the application. It was a pleasure working with him.

I have struggled getting a good rate on insurance for years due to some infractions on my abstract from many years ago.
Devin was excellent to deal with, very kind reassuring and was able to source me an excellent rate with plans to check on better rates as we hit bi annual updates.

Great experience with Prat from Surex . He managed to get things done in a day while everyone else said it will take at least 2 weeks. He understood complicated file quickly and managed to help me out with it . I got Auto insurance at the best rate! I was with TD insurance previously and paid wzy more for exsact tje same policy. I paid it upfront and once time came to an end they did not call or email or any notification about it and just canceled!!! Then told me it will take 2 weeks to get the new one . And I work as a Realtor so to have my car available to drive its absolutely necessary. Very disappointing TD .. I am happy I find Prat he definitely fixed a huge issue.
