Very professional from start to finish.
All the staff were very thorough and explained everything when completing measurements to applying the worktops.
Any issues we had afterwards they visited us and rectified the issues.
Excellent team and very happy with the final finish.

Shareef, Mohammed and team were fantastic. Everything went smoothly from choosing the worktop to placing the order, templating and high quality fitting.

Excellent from start to finish , Monday two guys came to measure up then a week later they returned to install our quartz worktops and splashbacks and there hours later everything was completed in a very professional and tidy manner.

Fantastic service all round from the team at Surfaceco. Mark in the office dealt with all of our queries professionally and efficiently and couldn't have been more helpful. Templating from Mohammed provided additional value added suggestions at no additional cost and the fitting team (just a few days later) completed a superb job. We are extremely pleased with our experience and I would highly recommend. The work surface is a key aspect of a new kitchen and we have a stunning result at a very competitive price.

We've just had new granite worktops fitted by Surfaceco, and can't recommend them highly enough. I am leaving this review to add a layer of reassurance for cautious people like us.
The result is utterly stunning, and the process was really easy and super fast. Nothing was too much trouble for Douaa, who was easy to contact, patient with our many questions and provided great advice. The quote was highly competitive; there were no hidden extras at the templating visit but they took time to check we were fully happy with every niche and finish. Before that, we had gone to choose the exact slabs from suppliers Levantina, where we received expert advice from George.
As for the fitting itself, it was just a few days from template to fit which was really important as we edged towards lockdown (would have been quicker if we hadn't dithered about which slab to choose as there was so much choice) and all was fitted expertly and carefully by Hussein and team. They were punctual, neat and efficent. The hob and sink cut outs were exactly right; no faults with the finish whatsoever. We were able to use the left over granite for shelves. All in all a really positive experience; we wouldn't hesitate to use Surfaceco again.

Bought my quart worktop from them a few months ago, a week after moving in I noticed a cracked in my worktop. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now-
I’ve emailed them and sent them pictures, I was told an engineer would visit but no one has come. I’ve called them and get told a manager would call me back, but again no one has called me back.

Really poor customer service.

I bought 6 quartz worktops from surfaceco and I have been genuinely impressed with the customer service.

I visited the showroom on a Saturday, 3 days later they were at my house templating and 4 days after that the worktops were installed.

They got one worktop size slightly wrong which they noticed and rectified on the same day they were installed. One of the fitters drove to their factory to get a replacement worktop and install this before they left site.

I have rarely seen such good customer service.

Great quartz kitchen worktops, Mark was helpful, efficient on samples and templating. Transparent pricing structure which was very reasonable given the whopping 3.2m length of kitchen island on one slab! Fitters Ashley, Omar and Hussain were very friendly, did a very professional fitting and finish, fantastic all round.
