Serious issues keeping their service operating. They have you pay up front and then cancel their entire service. When they come back, they ask you to pay another fee for membership and notify your credits are going to expire. Spent thousands of dollars on flight credits, was able use about half. They weren't going to extort more money out of me to be able to use what I already paid for. How can you use your credits if they aren't flying?
They also tried to double charge me thousands of dollars, then made me prove to them they made the mistake.
