Quite poor experience. We booked a surf session on Sunday evening for Monday morning 7 am. They confirmed the session on Monday morning at 6:45 am and they expect us to make it to the session. And all of this after multiple follow up on email for the whole night. I even dropped a mail at 6:15 am to check the status of my booking.
They mentioned in big letter on their website how they are better at Airbnb. I can say one thing for sure - not at customer support. Clearly !

I hear you, and I understand the frustration. Getting a confirmation 14 minutes before a 7 AM session is not a good experience, and I'm sorry about that.
