This is a follow-up to my prior review…open permit

This is a follow-up to my prior review the nightmare continues, and the permit remains open. please make sure your permits have been closed after work has been completed
After repeated calls and unanswered questions to Tyler, the owner of Surf Clean Energy, Tyler has reverted back to not answering the phone
His employees installed the missing safety guard rails on my roof and promised to close the permit. However, the NY Department of Buildings website shows no new filings. The DOB confirmed nothing was filed, and the permit expired in November 2024. The DOB said reinstatement might be possible, but otherwise, everything must be refiled. With this open/expired permit, I cannot sell my house if needed.
