Good experience
Bought a Jobe dry bag - very good price and very quick delivery. Turned up with no shoulder strap in the box - heard back from Chad within hours of my email advising her post out the missing shoulder strap / received a few days later. Whilst not ideal they did respond very quickly and rectified the issue very quickly - very good experience overall.
