SurfNode is a UK-based game server hosting provider built for players who want instant, lag-free servers without the usual hassle or hidden fees. We specialise in Minecraft server hosting — from small private worlds for friends to large modded communities — and we make it possible to get online in under 60 seconds with our automated setup and the easy-to-use Pterodactyl control panel. Our servers run on high-performance AMD Ryzen infrastructure, with fast NVMe SSD storage and DDoS protection to keep your world online and your players protected. Every plan includes unlimited player slots, full FTP access, and MySQL databases, so you can install plugins, mods, and custom jars without restrictions. We keep pricing simple and transparent: there are no setup fees, no surprise charges, and you can cancel anytime. Our popular Minecraft plans start from just £1.99 per month, and we even offer a 7-day trial so you can test the service before committing. Based in the United Kingdom, we focus on low-latency UK hosting and friendly, real-human support. Whether you need help picking a server jar, installing a modpack, or troubleshooting a crash, our team replies quickly and actually understands gaming servers. At SurfNode, our mission is simple: give gamers, creators, and communities the reliable, affordable hosting they deserve. Randomly deleted my server for no given…

Randomly deleted my server for no given reason at all with absolutely zero warning and no contact whatsoever, and completely ignored my support tickets when I requested help. DO NOT host your servers with this diabolical "company". All the time you've spent on the server will be randomly removed with no warning once your trial ends. I never even got a single email asking me to pay anything or an invoice, and it never even tried to leave my bank account, they just simply removed my entire server without telling me anything.

Hello Perry, we did tell you that the 7 day trial is that a 7 day trial not only that we let your server run for 14 days (7 days on top) and told you to take back ups as it’s only there to test the service before purchase. Going forward we will look into the trial service and make it more clear.

Kind regards

Nathan
