Payed 31 euros for hair trimmer . Order acknowledged.
12 days later no further info inspite numerous requests .Refund only forthcoming with paypal intervention .Terrible service .

After finally receiving a response from Surker Customer service, another incorrect parcel arrived.

I have been trying to contact them for the last four days to let them know, but again no response.

It is now five weeks since I placed my order and the only thing in the process that has worked is the money being taken from my account. They seem to have that bit sorted to a tee.

Customer service is awful and almost non existent.

Responding to customers complaints would be helpful.

On the 16th June I ordered the Surker Comb Set for the SK-536.

Some seven weeks later a package was delivered to my address containing the Surker USB Charging Cable.

I have sealed this wrongly delivered item in the same package as it arrived in and it is available for collection from here at my home address.

Please confirm which carrier you propose to use in order for me to ensure the uplift is carried out correctly.

Having advised you of your error on the receipt of this item you have so far failed to indicate your intentions regarding your error in delivering me the wrong order some 35 days after placing the order.

In fact you have failed to reply to my emails and text messages and contacting you by phone always results in you answering service replies.

Sorry about the one star it's because these guys don't respond. Same old modern (now) story of the hiding attitude of companies affraid of something. God knows why. A response would be useful.

I paid SP Surker £14.97 (out of my bank on January 19, 2023) for a charger and never received the product. That simple. Was it sent and where did it go???

Perhaps the rooks have gone into liqudation so buyers beware!
