Stellar first experience with Surprise
My experience shopping on the Surprise website was great! I was able to find what I was looking for and check out with no issues. Shipping was quick and the sweater was even more beautiful in real life than expected. Very thoughtfully made and the fabric is buttery soft. Will definitely be purchasing more soon.

Amazing Experience!
My package shipped and was delivered to Canada incredibly quickly, which was so lovely! The sweater I ordered is perfect and such beautiful quality--I want to wear it every day! Will definitely be ordering again after such a positive experience.

Delays and lack of communication
Ordered 2 sweaters (>$500) on Nov 29th. Website indicated that I could expect delivery within 10 day. By mid-December I had received no shipping confirmation or any other communication, so I reached out and was told the item was now not expected to ship until January. Still radio silence in mid-January, so I reached out again. Items now expected to be delivered in ~February (but no specific date was given). >2 months of delay without reaching out at any point to your customer to update the timeline?! Yikes. It's unclear if/when my items will ever arrive.
