I was scammed. Ordered masonic pendant last novenber 2025 and it never arrived.

I ordered 3 pairs of fleece lined pants and when they finally came (after about a month) they were child size!!! When I contacted them they said too bad! We will send you $6.00 back! The pants were $75.00!!!!!! This is a complete scam and the pants were of the poorest quality. Do not order from them.

Scammers!! Dont buy from this website. These are scammers. Order my product, never got it and they want me to pay again so that they can sent it again.
Bullshiit!

They sent the wrong item, I ordered a carlink firstick adapter, they sent a carply/ Android Auto wireless adapter, my car has already got wireless as standard so why would I ordered it?. They requested all sorts of info which I provided, they offered me £11 i paid £37. Avoid at all costs they are a con outfit.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT,SCAM OPERATION!!!!! Check out other 1star reviews which exactly state what I’m going through. Over the holidays they were selling on Instagram a radio control helicopter (Yu-Xiang Apache Helicopter) with all the current electronics in it for under $40USD, this is a scam because normally the unit sells for around $350USD on the Yu-Xiang website. I fell for it and bought one because of the cheap price which kinda made me think in the back of my mind something ain’t right but I did it anyway- STUPID!!!!!
It took a month to arrive after numerous updates from a so-called logistics company in Dublin Ireland , all BS because I eventually received a tiny package from some operation in Dallas, TX with no customs info on it which it shud have had if it actually came from overseas and the package had a shipping label stuck over another label so you can’t see what the original label said.

The “little toy” helicopter that was sent to me is in no way what I ordered but their so-called “customer service” swears up and down that that’s what I ordered when it is NOT what they were selling. Then finally after numerous emails back and forth they offered a $4.00USD refund and I’m supposed to be happy with that offer and just disappear into the sunset I guess. NO WAY will I except that offer and I told them that I will report them to the US Federal Trade Commission and whatever other federal department that deals with fraud and scam operations.

And btw, that ad on instagram and the surprisenook website concerning the YU-XIANG RC HELICOPTER has been scrubbed off of both entities, no reference whatsoever- AMAZING!!!!

This is a fraudulent scam of an operation so DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SURPRISENOOK!!!!!!

I ordered a " Wireless Solar Surveillance Camera " from this company. Four weeks later I received a "WiFi Surveillance Camera " For 5 months I have been emailing their "Support Team " to explain the camera I ordered is wireless and has a solar panel on top. The camera I received requires WiFi and electricity to operate. I have sent copies of my order, photos from their site photos of what I ordered and what I have received to be told that the warehouse staff and support team believe what I received is what I ordered. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have attempted to explain the difference between the two, the one requiring mains power is of no use to me on a rural property. At best my emails receive the generic response.. its what you ordered or I do not receive an answer. Great way to do business. Do not deal with this company.

This multipurpose tool efficiently conceals and highlights; superb for travel, though some shades blend better than others.

I have not my turbo fan from the above company until now. I been scam all I can . I ask for refund but not favorable reply… please beware of this company

Following my first review a reply was written here giving the name of a person to contact. I sent this person all the details of the previous complaint including photos of the unsatisfactory sizing. This person has now - wrapped up in a lot of consumer-speak verbiage - declined to exchange the defective item or to refund my purchase price. He suggests (highly incorrectly IMHO) that my problem is with "their warehouse in China" and that returns have to be made there "which is likely to be costly to you" and has upped his derisory offer of compensation from $5 to $7. I can only repeat for the benefit of other potential purchasers that this company does not stand behind their products and has no idea of their legal responsibilities as suppliers of consumer goods. I will never deal with them again and suggest that everyone else is rather cautious about sending them money. And having read their reply to THIS update, which is IDENTICAL to the reply I received to my previous review, I find myself believing that this company is run by bots, not people... all the more reason not to trust them!

Just shocking. Ordered an item at the start of September 2024 and as of writing this review still not arrived. Several emails and just blah blah blah nonsense in return. Tracking states that the item is in Edinburgh, around 60 miles from my home, and has been at this place for over 3 weeks. Should add that the address which has the item is a residential address. So total crap. Have asked numerous times for reimbursement but no success.
Simply shocking. I have reported the company to my bank Facebook and scam protection.
No way to phone the company.

UPDATE 04-11-2024.
Company Sent another unit which has now arrived. Many thanks. However, the original unit is still in Edinburgh at a residential estate..
Unit charged. Took ages to switch it on and does not switch off until power runs out. Cowboy stuff at its best. Junk.

Never will I use this company again.

I ordered this item, an interactive-robot for the car, i opened it and discovered a scam: I received a plastic robot, just a simple inanimate piece of plastic. I want my money back! Please stay away from this shop

And I am a law enforcement officer, and I had our legal dept to look at your return policy and are looking into you guys as a scam and going to report you guys. And I have the email that I ask about this product, and it is not as described, and it is A quality issue. So please send me the information that I need to return these items ASAP. i have bought a item poki robot from them but i receive totally different item i email them no respond at all...few days later they email me say that they had send the correct item...scammer shop be careful.

I ordered the pants but they are too small. I have asked them to exchange them for a different size but they said they do not accept returns and offered me $19 refund (which I paid $61.71). This company is a scam and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
