The home ear wax removal service was perfect for my 93 year old mother who now finds it difficult to go into town. Balu was amazing. He was kind, considerate and respected my mother's home. After previously having a bad experience from Specsavers who spoke to my mother in a rude manner it was lovely to have Balu reassure my mother every step of the way in removing the wax from her ear. We will definitely use this service again and will recommend to others. Thank you, Balu.
