Absolutely brilliant service. The installation of our new stove was amazing, perfect care was taken at every step of the installation and the removal of the old stove and vermiculite was great. It was a very speedy and tidy installation. We also got help and advice on lighting and caring for our new stove. So happy we found SSInstallations, would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service and work Surrey Stove Installations carried out renovating the main fireplace in our house. The workmen called to let us know when they’d arrived and followed this up with another call to inform us when they were leaving. They tidied the area before leaving and the work they carried out was excellent - rejuvenating a rather tired Edwardian fireplace back to its full glory.

Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again to restore the other fireplaces in the house.

Outstanding company, does exactly what it says it will do. We needed a faulty fireplace chimney fan removed and a wood burning stove installed instead. Michal & Anna helped us choose the best option and arranged installation with William & his team. Everything was like clockwork and we are delighted with the solutions they provided.

I found it very straightforward and quick to order a geocast beam to go above log burner stove. I placed order over the phone and it arrived in store within 7 days. I wish I had used this company first rather than waiting and being messed around by another supplier in Crawley.

New fireplace put in by Surrey Stove Installations - Anna and Michal guided us through the process brilliantly and in a very friendly manner - it couldn't have been easier and the final product looks fantastic and to a high standard! Michal is aperfectionist, which is a good thing! Thank you both.

Anna in the shop and the installation with Michal have been a pleasure to deal with, from visiting the shop and having Michal visit our house to the installation has only taken about 5 or 6 weeks compared with at least twice as long on the purchase of a previous stove from another company. The install was neat and tidy and all materials were removed and the area left clean, we are very happy with the work and the stove.

Surreystoveinstallations serviced my wood burning stove and swept the chimney on Monday 6th September. The cost of the service was very high, £160. This did not include replacement of broken firebricks. The person undertaking the service did not want to accept payment by cheque initially or payment on-line. for which there would be an additional charge. He eventually took a cheque. I will not be using this company again.
