Dear Friend, Surtrek began 20 years ago with a guide and his dream of sharing his passion for authentic adventure travel. Moreover, his aim was to offer the best and most complete tour services in his country. So — as that guide was me — allow me to introduce myself. My name is Alfonso, and I’m the owner of Surtrek Tour Operator, based in Quito, Ecuador. Over the years, my dream has evolved. What began as a tiny adventure travel company has grown to where Surtrek now operates in a half dozen countries, providing personalized, luxury services to tourists, agencies, and operators all around the world. However, our vision hasn’t changed. We’ve kept our relaxed, personalized service philosophy, as well as our downhome desire to share the best of what our destinations have to offer. We are large enough to flawlessly coordinate even the most complex travel plans, yet still small enough to know our clients by name.
