I am very dissapointed in Surveoo, first of all when i have joined this platform i though this is a very good platform to use because they were available globally, and i started earning on it, even though it was slow at the beggining, but later on it was pretty much faster, but things have changed pretty badly when i have requested my withdrawal of 20$ dollars. After i have waited for the full 7 business days as they stated in the withdrawal option, i never received my money and it keeps showing me pending which has really becoming frustrated. Plus their customer support is catastrophic i contacted them twice through the Surveoo platform and i never got an answer, and this email that you have provided for Trustpilot does not work to, this is the message i got when i reach out to them on trustpilot email: "Hello,
You are writing to an address that is no longer active, please use the contact form on our website or consult the frequently asked questions from your member area."
Im letting other people know that Surveoo has started to not pay to their members so be AWARE OF THIS!

As a new to this survey platform im really dissapoited that first survey I particapated in and completed did not get any reward in return for my effort and time .

Nice interface. Easy to use. Surveys fecuently availables for beginner users. I hope make a lot of money very soon.

I have done many surveys in this application and after completing them I got 42 dirhams. Then when I look at it the next day, my app log out automatically and then I am trying to log in but it is not logging in. I made 42 dirhams in a month and after that if it comes back then it is not called a waste of time. What else do you call it? Now I mail the company and they are not replying to me. It is a total waste of time on this app

Delete my account, this is a waste of time answering surveys without benefit in it. Always not pass.

The worst survey app of all time. 2 months of trying to earn money. $5.13 is all I managed to earn after 100+ survey attempts. The worst part is you need to make at least $30 to cash out!!! All other survey apps I use allow you to cash out after just $5. I just gave up. Don't waste 50 hours like I did with nothing to show for it and avoid this company!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience using the Surveoo platform.
Recently I completed a survey through Surveoo and answered all questions until the very end. I even received the final page saying “Thank you for your participation”, which normally confirms that the survey has been successfully completed.
However, when I was redirected back to the Surveoo platform, the system incorrectly marked the survey as “not qualified” and no reward was credited to my account.
This appears to be a tracking or redirection error between the survey provider and the Surveoo platform, but the biggest issue is the lack of customer support.
I have tried to contact Surveoo support several times, including requests sent months ago, and I never received any response.
Users spend time completing surveys in good faith, expecting to receive the promised compensation. When technical errors happen and there is no functioning support to resolve them, it raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and transparency.
This situation has caused significant frustration and emotional stress after spending time trying to resolve the issue without any response.
I hope Surveoo reviews these issues and improves both their tracking system and customer support, so users are not unfairly affected by technical problems.

I have never experienced any difficulties with Surveeo, when I first encounteredt them at first it was very great but after I started communicating with their customer support it all went bad and my account got deleted. Then I created a new account with the same email to ask about why would they delete my account without informing me. After all these Cindy Coffins without any proof called me a scammer yet they have my money.

It has been a good experience until now. I hope that the surveys keep coming, that would be the only good think.

I signed up and did all my surveys with no issue until I requested a pay out. Then it wouldn't work,contacted them, said I had another account, I assured them I didn't, got email about survey,wouldn't let me log in stated "Fraud detected" contacted them about that and my pay out. Received email they found my reward and to click on link in thier email..it took me directly to FRAUD again. Emailed them again, and now I have no way to contact or access my account.

I made 81 AED and pressed withdraw my earnings. But a few days later all of that earned money data disappeared from my account, even my previous earning information. I need to get my money which I earned back

This surveoo it's good. but what I dislike is that sometimes you're in the middle of the interview, and then it says that I don't qualify for the interview, it said after i wasted time
