David gave a professional overview of what the survey was to entail and advised on a date for the survey to be carried out. The comprehensive survey went ahead as planned, the survey was very thorough and highlighted what we needed to be aware of and further advise as to next steps. David was very accessible afterwards on the phone to talk us through any area we needed further guidance on. I would absolutely use David again and refer him to friends/collegues.
