Been on this website for years and have redeemed for paypal before (when it was Market Points) this was years ago, I had a break and re entered when this year when its all been changed to Life Points. I love how many surveys come through, there are new surveys everyday! If you don't get new surveys then please update your profile ASAP your missing out!! So i choose to redeem 5175 Life Points for £45 PayPal - it says in the FAQs 5-10 days and on the 10th day I was getting ready to email customer service as I still hadn't had my funds - until the funds came through to me at 6.28pm that evening! Made up :) Just in time for Christmas. To the people who are always screening out - COMPLETE PROFILE - I REPEAT, COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE! because there are tons of surveys coming through this site everyday!

The only down side is the customer service, if I complete a survey and it screens me out by mistake I will email with proof attached that I completed and gave them data, and they say It will be looked into and if its turned out that I was mistakenly screened out I will be credited in 4-6 weeks, thats way too long. I still don't know if I was ever credited for these and at the end of the day they took my answers so I should be. (intact i'm going to look into this right now!)

I am with several survey companies and all have been fair and reasonable but this one has let me down. The company did some revamping earlier in the year which left me unable to access my member page. I was still receiving and doing surveys in email and i assumed the problem would be righted however after several messages to their C/S they said they were aware that some people had browser problems after the changes. This did not help me redeem the points i had earned - I mean the various browser giants are not going to redesign their systems so i can get my few quid on GTM??? Effectively i have had my points stolen from me as i can never redeem them. I have a fairly modern Macbook and I use Chrome and no idea why this has occurred, but I do think GTM could have sent me my reward somehow? they will not reply to my request to claim my points and sign off.

I already claimed my survey reward 5 times in this survey site.
Most of the surveys are good and well paid, but I'm not denying there are several surveys that underpaid and sometimes have technical issues and suddenlt screen out you. But overall I think the site is good

took me 35 minutes to do this survey when it was 100% complete said press submit there's nowhere to press submit total scam
