I attempted to withdraw 5 dollars and i am locked out of my account for no reason, they also ignore every single email i sent

once you get to the withdraw threshold they demand that you need 50$ in commission earned from other team members you invite .Its fake and takes a lot of time.
For payment request Team commission $ 50 is required
i wasted 3 weeks on this and still am not able to withdraw my cash.

Used to be good, up to the end of last year. Then I noticed hardly any surveys coming through and you had to reach a threshold to be able to redeem, and then you would be required to scan ID (even though you have already registered with the site) to redeem your earned money. A lot of people seem to be having an issue with their ID being accepted for no good reason and this site now seems suspect. They used to be so good with their instant payments that were slightly-above-average. Best to steer clear I think.

Fraudulent,Scam and fined by the Government.Before they pay you are forced to prove your ID, and proof of address to Veriff.

Apart from stealing your ID they will also report you to the Tax authorities. The tax authorities will accuse you of breaking the law because you never declared this earned income all for a dollar.

Just after requesting payout with btc lightning method... Which the invoice is set to expire within 24 hours, I don't have the necessary document but payment remains pending

Overtime the invoice might expire and I wouldn't be able to receive my rewards.

Can't believe this Mfers overwrite my previous account data... I mistakenly entered the registration section instead of login, it was supposed to just login my account straight letting me know I already had an existing account with the Gmail. I can't believe this

This got to be the worst survey app I've dealt with...
I am a backend developer I do full stack, this is so absurd your system couldn't identify an existing account... Just went straight to overwrite previous data

Everything worked, you have to go in and verify that it wasn't a problem. One thing is that some surveys that you answer are not paid and then you have no opportunity to report it, be it from link breakers or because something went wrong...otherwise the provider was reliable in paying out within 30 minutes on PayPal

This platform is safe, i used for long time and always receive the cash. It has changed a little from the beginning, now you are asked for an ID to send the payment, but it is a secure platform.

I didn't let me redeem my money because you need a valid passport to proceed

Surveys keep coming on a daily basis. 5 dollar payout, and you have to verify yourself with identification to receive your reward, even if you are registered to their platform. Doesn't make sense.

I had 10$ and when i try to claim with paypal they asked for varification where i provided them with ID Card and 1 week passed and its still says varification pending although i varified it 2-3 times ,but still not working and there help line is such a scam not even h apologizing messages came, don't waste your time in this,you can use prime opinion it takes time to collect but instantly claim.

Do not sign up for this site. Total scam, you guys claim that your site is available worldwide. And I had no problem from registering in my country to conducting the survey and the amount was reflected in my account. But when I was ready to withdraw the money, it showed that my phone number is not in your supported network. Are you guys kidding? I registered in my country and the verification with my phone number is not sending the verification code. Do you have to force us to commit fraud and use another country's phone number for verification? And their customer support never replies to any questions. Is your customer support just for people to read ？？？？？？？

I have been on the platform for over a year without any problem with payments which range between $1 or 50 CENTS per survey and money paid instantly. However, this year their pricing structure was changed and you could only cash out minimum of $5. Surprisingly, when I reached $15 I cashed out but they requested for my Passport and selfie which I provided. Shockingly, I am no longer able to log into my account and my $15 unpaid. Something is definitely wrong and I believe the site is now being used to scam people. My major worry is what becomes of my personal information with them.

I had completed 3 surveys on survey time I did not receive my points. I emailed them. I didnot receive a response. I don't trust this site at all.

I have done surveys and accumulated the minimum withdrawal amount and tried to withdraw but they want to verify with ID photos but the verification is failing and they don't return the money of your profile. They keep on sending thousands of email that verification is failing.
