Those who do surveys on the Surveytime website, be careful—it is the No. 1 fraud website in India. When we try to withdraw, we receive the following message

"We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently do not have an available payment method in your country."

I have redeemed on 29.01.2026 but payment shows failed, again redeemed on 06.02.2026 again payment shows failed and I redeemed 3rd times on 13.02.2026 then I have payment recd on 14.02.2026 in my paypal account 5.70 USD

I AM WITHDRAWING MY MONEY $5.28 ON 03/02/2026 AT 10.50 FOR PAYPAL.
BUT TILL DATE MY MONEY IS NOT COMING IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

I used the SurveyTime app and earned a balance of $13.84, above the minimum withdrawal amount.
For several days, including the last day of the deadline, the app kept showing a 400 error (server/client error) and did not allow me to access my wallet or withdraw my money.
The problem was clearly technical and not caused by the user.
The “Report error” button does not work, and I received no response from support. Because of this system failure, I lost access to my balance.
This is very frustrating and unreliable. Users should not lose their earnings due to app errors and lack of support.

I tried to give the App a chance and made my first 5$, then I requested a cash-out of $5.40 on January 30th, 2026.
Even after I completed the unnecessary "Liveness Check" and identity verification as requested, the payment status in my wallet is still empty under "Payment Date" and I haven't received any money until now. I tried to reach the Support but until now, no answer. I hope I will get an answer and the money I gathered, if so I will change my review, but for now, I'm not happy with it at all. Took me hours and hours to get to 5$ and now I see nothing? A complete scheme.

I have a pending payment since 10 days.

I messages client service : no answer.

In past i win only 1$ per servey. Now it less then 20cts$…

I am waiting my payment 2 days and theres no support to send them. I dont know if i can trust this panel anymore..

This is very sad that Survey Time doesn't pay us. I have been doing surveys for months and now I'm struggling to get a verification code on their platform. I have sent numerous emails and they are ignoring my emails. I'm part of a lot of different survey platforms with great success. Just can't believe that Survey Time took me for a fool.

I requested a payout Today ( after struggling for months to reach balance of 5usd, its now asking verification on my phone number which i am using for 19 years, they didnt even send a sms but said that they couldnt verify the number. we are helping them without being rewarded. Be very careful of surveytime people.

After trying to collect the rewards I had honestly accumulated, the collection is still in process, no one is responding to emails. Obviously a scam.

My first experience touch with survey time was very excellence. Staff namely Tommy very responsive and helpful. I recommended make money with survey time.

finally paid attention and paid me out the survey rewards, after i relentlessly bombarded them with e-mails for last 2 months; gonna do surveys again, i guess...

Scam site don't trust them!! I got ripped off !!!
Thankfully “ t radeclaim” was able to retrieve my £47,000 without any problems and delay.. Highly recommended

They paid late, but they are correct.

28 December 2025. Since I received my payout on 05 December 2025 which I requested already on 12 November 2025. I have not received even one survey offer! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! WASTE OF TOME AND DATA!!! As it stands sites like Golden Surveys Multi Poles Grabpoints and Surveyo are way better. Lots of survey offers and qualification to complete. Payment is effortless and QUICK. Platforms with integrity. GOODBYE Surveytime!! I WILL NOT MISS YOU AT ALL!!!

I literally download this app about 6 months ago for the first month I did literally cannot qualify for a survey wouldn't even let me go past like a 2 minutes and it would disqualify me so I stopped using it about September I received the email so I clicked on it and literally the first survey I did from the email was a $10.50 survey completed it only completed one other one since then but I haven't been paid yet and that was October 11th literally for the first like 2 weeks they would send me messages about you know having trouble connecting with PayPal but I never could get another option to pay in use anything else when you go on my account it says you know my payments pending approval since October but the best part about it is they send you a penny to PayPal to make sure that they can send the money so that went through instantaneous no problem but now they're having problem with my money they're rip-off for their scammers

This is one of the worst websites I have ever used — in fact, it’s the absolute worst. At first, they pay for a short period, but then they make you accumulate a large amount of money and stop paying altogether.

They haven’t paid me my money for two months, and their customer support doesn’t respond at all.

Search for the company’s main headquarters in any country and you will understand why they never keep their promises.

My advice to you: as soon as you reach $5, withdraw it immediately. If they don’t send it — which is usually what happens — stop using the site right away.
