While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Poor quality survey. Majority of it contravened its own guidance outlined at the start of the report. There were grammatical errors throughout and copy and paste comments frequently used. Contradictory information left in parts of the survey which was confusing as well as inaccurate.
Mention in the survey of no reports being available- none were requested. Negative gradings attached with no or inaccurate information. Some elements of the report were made up on the basis of “could not see at time of report”. This despite the guidance at the start stating it was a “visual inspection”.
When completing a section labelled “risks and hazards” none were mentioned but a comment left about potential “enjoyment” of the property.
There were labels added with negative scores but positive comments left.
The estate agent who recommended this company have already apologised for the service received and the impact the level of work has had on the sales process. The other party involved called and even stated they were confused as to what was written on the report.
