Purchased a rug from this company , needed to return it due to it having a fault, it was purchased through Debenhams website they wouldn’t take any responsibility. Sent numerous emails to Surya two weeks later still no reply no contact number . My advice stay well away from this company they operate on several different market place sites. !!

They are a marketplace seller , selling on multiple websites.
