What a fabulous shop and a wonderful lady! I arrived having very little idea of what I wanted and she helped and supported me through a wide range of dressed. She listened carefully to what I liked and chose beautiful dresses to broaden my mind. No other shops compared to her service and selection so I returned a second time and brought THE dress. She was calm, patient and understanding, never pushy. She allowed us to add accessories and veils, offering expert advice and experience to help, but again there was no expectation to buy. We were allowed as much time as we needed to ensure everything was perfect. It is a lovely shop and Susan is brilliant. She ensured the whole experience was as wonderful as possible.

I bought my daughters wedding dress from Sue and I can honestly say that I couldn’t rate Sue and her team highly enough. My daughters is very petite and thought she knew the dress style she wanted all Cinderella style . Sue spent hours with us trying in lots of different styles and asking my daughter what be she liked and didn’t like in each one . Eventually we found the dress a stunning fish tail design with fantastic train The patience of the lady too was that of a saint as she nipped tucked and altered the dress to absolute perfection .

There was never a sign of impatience from sue and her team just support recommendations and lots of patience. After years of shopping with my daughter this was one dress that I thought may never be found without tears and tandrums from mother and bride but SNob were amazing we almost missed our visits to Sue .

I purchased my dress on Saturday at SNOBs, it was such a magical experience. I felt at ease there, she was truly amazing and very helpful with everything. Told me what I need to do with my dress and how we will get tutorials about stuff. I was blown away by it all. Very much princess mode, definitely recommend her xx

My experience at SNOB was wonderful. I was unsure of what to expect as this was the first time look at dresses. I emailed ahead of my appointment and told Sue about my dream dress where I was assured she had just the dress. When I arrived, we were greeted warmly and felt very welcomed - especially on a cold rainy day!
I tried on the dress I had emailed ahead about, and despite the dress being gorgeous, it just wasn’t right on me.
Sue, being an amazing expert, collected a selection of dresses that she thought I would like based on the style I had requested - and she was correct! All of the dresses I tried on were lovely but I just didn’t get the feeling (everyone says when you find the one, you know!). Sue pulled out a dress and told me that this wasn’t exactly the style I had requested when I came in, but she told me to give it a chance. When I tried it on, I got that magical feeling! I cried as well as my bridal party! It was THE dress!
It was such a wonderful experience. Sue definitely has a sixth sense and knows exactly what suits a bride. She is also very lovely and helpful as I have messaged with her many times with queries which she has answered quickly and reassured me.
I definitely recommend an experience at SNOB. I have since gone back and got all of my bridesmaid dresses from Sue as well. Just trust Sue and you’ll get the dress of your dreams!

Excellent selection of dresses and felt so comfortable. Sue is just excellent, so welcoming, uplifting and knows exactly what she is doing.

I only went into browse for my wedding dress and Susan made me feel so relaxed and she was so helpful i tried on a few dresses and found my perfect dress that day I can’t thank her enough and even when I had doubts about my dress I arranged to go back in and try a few more on but still ended up back in the first dress I choose she was so helpful and made me feel like a princess in dress

Susan is an amazing lady, what can I say.
I went not having much hope really being plus size and 2nd time round for getting married but this lady changed all that for me. Her dresses are all beautiful and I was made to feel at ease and Susan has so many wonderful ideas. Nothing is a problem,. I did find my dress which surprised me but it's so lovely and I can't wait for fittings!!

Sue is so lovely which helps endlessly when trying to find your dream dress! She is so easy to chat too and listens to what you want and does really find your dream dress! She has a wide variety to chose from and ensures you try on all different styles to find the one that suits you. Sue also does suit hire and my partner found her very helpful too! I would highly recommend Snobs! 💕

10 years ago I purchased my prom dress from sue and promised her when I got married I would return. This year I kept my promise and returned and found ‘the one’.
