Das ist ein Witz, kein Fahrrad.
Kauft es auf keinen Fall, vor allem nicht in der Schweiz – niemand repariert es.
An diesem Produkt gibt es nichts von Qualität, alles ist auf Sparflamme gemacht.
Bei mir sind plötzlich die Bremsen kaputt gegangen (ich hätte beinahe einen schweren Unfall gehabt). Ich habe sie ausgetauscht, und der Mechaniker meinte, das seien die billigsten Bremsen überhaupt, völlig ungeeignet für ein E-Bike.
Jetzt ist auch das Display kaputt und vielleicht ein Kabel – niemand will es reparieren.
Ich muss es wohl wegwerfen. In Zürich gibt es keinen einzigen Mechaniker, der ein Sushi reparieren möchte.
Sie lachen nur und sagen: «Nein, ein Sushi? Sicher nicht.»
Ich habe dem Kundendienst viele Male geschrieben – keine Antwort.

This is a joke, not a bike.
Don’t buy it, especially not in Switzerland – nobody will repair it.
There is nothing of quality in this product, everything is made as cheaply as possible.
My brakes suddenly broke (almost causing a serious accident), and when I replaced them, the mechanic told me they were the cheapest possible and totally unsuitable for an e-bike.
Now the display is broken too, and maybe some cables – no one wants to fix it.
I’ll probably have to throw it away.
In Zurich, not a single mechanic wants to repair a Sushi bike.
They just laugh and say: “No, not a Sushi, definitely not.”
I’ve written to customer service many times – no reply.
Worst SAV ever. That's the price to pay with a low cost e bike company.
I ordered a bike with them, came on time but with defect. I bring the bike with to a repair partner shop. During 1 months, I needed to contact myself the repair shop to understand what was wrong with the repair. Then after 1 month I understood from the repair shop that Sushi bike sent them the wrong spare parts.
One month after, the new spare parts didn't been delivered to the repair shop. After another complains from my side, they finally refund me the bike. 2 months waiting for nothing.
No gesture from their side, I was directly asking for a discount on their bike to maybe give it a second try but was a strong no from the customer service.
I can't recommend them based on my experience with them.

Everything was great tasting. The only little problem was for the little we ordered it took a while. Recommended!
Great sushi spot! The fish was fresh, and the rolls were well-prepared. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be back for more.
Amazing bike. I like the entire concept across the brand. Great design.
I find the Sushi Service actually really good but unfortunately, this does not make up for the problems I have had with this bike. The quality and reliability could be much better
