Outstanding and prompt help from Adam, the audiologist at their new Storrington branch.
Contractors providing my free NHS were unable to continue their service because of the extent of my hearing loss and differences between right and left ear ability.
From a free hearing test,and for a modest fee, Adam arranged to take over service of my Signia Charge and Go 7X private hearing aids that were over two years old.
The original provider had set them up by remote control.
Adam's tuning provided the best hearing experience I have had over many decades with a ski type hearing loss affecting my ability to understand softer or accented speech.
I accepted on trust Adam's advice that hearing moulds rather than domes would provide an even better experience.
I am delighted that with these moulds that I can reduce volumes of television etc and listen without subtitles for many more programmes or live events.
Telephone calls are now welcome rather than worrying.
My experience over many years of hearing aid use suggests that if and when the NHS provide the appropriate free replacement hearing aid it will not be as effective as the older correctly adjusted Signia
