  1. Property Consultant

Written by the company

In the UK, an estate agent acts exclusively on the seller’s behalf so it is vital that you, the buyer, also benefit from expert representation so your interests are looked after too. This is where we come in. We are often the first people called when an off-market property becomes available. Passionate about property, we will leave no stone unturned to find you your perfect property. Once the fun part is done, we’ll oversee the transaction all the way through to completion. Whether that is a country family home, first time purchase in the city, or an investment to provide a good return, we can find it all. Sussex Property Search has an excellent track record of sourcing the finest rental properties for its clients. For short or long-term lets we will negotiate not only the best rental price but also the best terms of the tenancy to suit your requirements. If you are based overseas finding a rental property can be difficult as many letting agencies won't accept an offer from someone who hasn't physically viewed the property. As a trusted representative of tenants, we are able to bypass this on most occasions.

Vicki was so incredibly knowledgable…

Vicki was so incredibly knowledgable and proactive in the search for a very special client of ours based in Central London. Having her finger on the pulse, she was able to advise on local prices, locations and certainly help expedite their move. We now recommend Vicki actively to any client we have moving to Sussex. The feedback we get in top class, it's good to know we are recommending a safe pair of hands.

Vicki what a great experience I had!!!!

I've asked Vicki for help when looking for my first home in the Sussex area and she was so helpful. Without much experience in buying property, she really took the time to explain to me what was happening, but I always felt like I had someone on my side, which I didn't when looking on my own. Thank you again.
